Mass rdm Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I didn't mass rdm. People consistently came up to me wanting to kill me, I warned everyone I killed several times before shooting them. One guy was an alien who wanted to incapacitate me every time he saw me (I still warned him several times each time), one dude was a necromancer who I only killed once (he was the only one to report me), and he was holding a sword coming at me, while I was warning him like 7 times. To be fair, his sword I guess is for movement or something and I didn't realize that, but I think I'm still justified, as I warned him while he was running directly at me with what I believed to be a weapon. I don't really understand the other people I killed being taken into account, as I was mayor and I all the people I killed were in PD, where I had a KOS rule set up. To add on to this, I was asked to provide evidence that the things I was saying was true, which is completely stupid. I, the accused, shouldn't be asked to provide evidence that I didn't commit a crime. The accuser should be asked to provide evidence that everything they were saying was true. As my clipping software was down at the time, I couldn't provide proof. However, I did ask to bring the Alien in and prove I was killing in self defense. KKStoner Posted September 13, 2022 Share Posted September 13, 2022 (edited) After talking to cartisexual and looking at his hours and hearing his side (something byonic obviously didn't do) I asked him how he was warning that person, which was the wrong way but any staff member with common sense would give it them a verbal warning and explain to them how to properly warn someone. He got reported for rdm by one person and that's all the sit really shouldve been is for that singular kill, The punishment he gave was way too severe(as explained by carti the previous kills were in his office and byonic should have checked instead of being so quick to give mrdm and nitrp) it really should've been maximum a warning and as suggested by me, a verbal and explanation how to properly warn someone. Note to carti if someone is following you continuously you can warn them whether they have a wep out or not Another note for any staff reading this Byonic also overpunished another player (Hank Hill) because he got crossfired in Hank hill's attempt to stop continuous propblock and harrasment on him and his base. My request was ignored, and I was banned mid argument. you said in the sit yea aliens was breaking nlr but you keep killing them and others on top of that. also the necromancer was killed atleast 2x from you on top of that others and he said himself he was not after you. you just beamed the dude for no reason on top of others. after this post ill make a link with all logs copyed from the game if so this ban was false it should show in the logs but there is no reason to kill someone over and over with out making a sit.
