I was a security guard hired by Boobie, Mikel, and Darken Death gun. I was protecting the house that we were using to mine btc. Because of the location of the house being so close to spawn, it was being swarmed by multiple people. As security guard, I was hired to protect my clients from threats pertaining to the business of Btc mining and other projects in the back room. I gave everyone inside a warning in voice chat and in text chat that I was protecting the house and would begin shooting anyone who entered the house. I would only shoot people inside the house as they were disrupting my clients. A police officer named began prop blocking our house and telling other people to start raiding our base. I had no choice but to kill the people immediately outside of the base because they were destroying our door and prop blocking with huge garage doors. They would kill me while inside the house, making me spawn at spawn. Because I was at spawn, I had to fight my way to the entrance to the house as it was still prop blocked and had no choice but to kill the people in front of the entrance to my house. I was defending my clients property from people raiding us. My name was on the front door, as well as the back doors. My friend Boobie called a sit but it was not taken and I was forced to remove the people from the house. No one was role playing and the police was also raiding our house. I am sorry about the mod I apparently killed but I couldnt tell who I was shooting as there was multiple people raiding in a huge crowd. Everytime the crowd saw me, they would instantly kill me. I couldnt get back into the house and I had to kill the people.

yeah he was just my security, he was killing people who were coming into my base and prop blocking, breaking nlr, then he crossfired an admin, no one else called a sit because they knew what they were doing was wrong, but byonic only saw what an admin is able too, he does have intent to rp and is very new, not a mingey guy, i say give him a second chance, or at least reduce it.

If you look you not only killed people outside the base i was doing a sit when i caught some crossfire yes but also those people you killed never went into the base and not only was nlr broken you massed people who never walked into that base.

So two things, first of all, the prop blocker was banned for MRDM so that is funny. Secondly, you should not RDM to get back into the base. If you have an issue such as people just RDMing you then you need to make a ticket on it with @ or the f4 menu in the help section. It states in the rules DO NOT take rule violations into your own hands, someone else breaking the rules doesn't mean you get to and you can be punished too. If you decided to kill them for them having killed you or for blocking your way then it is a valid ban to ban you for their deaths. Why didn't you just make a ticket or ask someone else to who you were basing with? Why not ask in OOC how to contact staff if you are getting RDMed? Why not ask around in spawn if you don't know how to use OOC? Why not go a different way around instead of the same way over and over to see if you could find someone to answer the question for you so you could make a ticket?

what even is ur first point he tried to kill us, the entire time up until byonic banned hank, and the other guy,  the other people kept raiding so he kept killing them, the mingers didn't care and you can see me in the video call a sit bro, the other dudes were minging on us and he was killing them forkilling us and blowing up the door to our house attemping to kill us and break in and succeeding which you can see all those deaths byonics' docs were for, none of them cared about roleplay, he was roleplaying a security guard doing his job, not punishing people, and he gave them warnings to leave multiple times and we didnt know their names to call a sit cause their were like 12 at a point all coming back in my base while he told them if they went in they would die. the admin who said he mass rdmed didnt even talk to him at all and just banned him instantly without investigating, his knowledge on the situation is limited to none and I am a direct witness dood.

is there proof of him killing people by the fountain? he was probably killing the group that was harrasing and shooting him for him killing them for not leaving our base which is right next to the fountain and further more he was apologetic in his appeal.

You admins are acting like im saying I never killed anyone. I told everyone raiding the house I would begin shooting on sight. I gave plenty of warnings before I started shooting. My job is to defend my clients from the 20 people blowing up our door and prop blocking our home. I absolutely killed a bunch of people, all of those people were causing harm to my client and his property. Obviously if the raiders prop blocked my house, I cant get in, if i cant get in, im obviously going to kill the people preventing me from entering my home. Therefore I have to be outside to kill the people preventing me from doing my job. The house is right next to spawn and right next to fountain, so im not really sure what the location of the deaths have to do with anything when the fountain is directly across the enterance to the base. The admin who banned me never gave me a chance to explain myself and he(bionic) never said anything to me, simply giving me a 7 day ban. Again the person leading the raid was a police officer. I just got Gmod and never played on a server before this server. I assumed police/swat officers were some sort of admin and I thought an admin was raiding my house. Why would I call a ticket on someone who i presume is an admin?

I was watching him kill innocent people right there in front of me someone called a sit i took it and seen that he has killed over 5 people in under 1 min before he was banned there is also more deaths for nlr and more people who had no raiding tools out nor was they raiding

there was no one raiding from what i saw from what i have seen you killed innocent people in the streets and on the side walk. also to prevent things like this from happening it be best to read the dark rp server rules like i told your friend there he was killing innocent people and from what i saw no one entered the base they was just walking down the street and walking down the sidewalk from spawn im still -1 for unban but if so you could not understand the server rules i am +1 for a 5 day ban
