U can see me stand still talking to u after shooting u once because you would not respond when I asked in chat. I asked excuse me in chat multiple times next to you standing still as can be seen in clip and u must have me muted or chat blocked I am not sure why my voice and chat did not come up for you I lost the jetpack someone gave me as a gift when u killed me and that's what started me coming up to you at all. it's a little late now but yea I was never trying to kill you I wanted you to talk to me about the rdm I didn't wanna do a sit bc it felt petty xD that's why I was using the meow gun my bad. So if this is what the ban was about yea this is why there should have been a sit. I never left and the disconnect log provided was the disconnect log of my ban. Exhibit A: Accusing party was never killed and left at 1 hp and then weapon was holstered. Was using cat gun as it is almost impossible to kill with Exhibit B: Was standing clearly trying to talk to him. Changed jobs and everything to be non-rp-related interaction Exhibit C end of clip is showing the accusing party break NLR immediately from 2 unrelated ppl killing him Exhibit D It appears I only broke NLR 3x per the clip trying to get your attention as all other means of contacting you were failing including pm. I was unaware coming back to try and communicate about an interaction was considered fail rp and will call a sit in the future to avoid this situation. The shooting was literally the only way to get attention as you were clearly ignoring me Exhibit E The accusing party was only killed twice in the video and neither time were by myself. per the kill feed. There were times of me clearly shooting but I was openly in street trying to get attention as an easy to spot model. Taking into account timeszones this is almost a 10 minute gap So I fail to understand how any of this lines up. All that happened from my end was this 2 minute interaction of me going back like 3 times and then saying o whale. Then this guy minutes later reports me and I am banned with no sit being a spirit caller getting arrested at fountain as I was just ignoring all of that and doing other things at that point since it was almost 10 minutes later and I was just trying to play not fight people online with my friday night 0_0 I agree that my shooting him may be counted as NLR and RDM in their own right but man this was really just a bad situation and I hope it can be seen that this wasn't blind rdm or targetted bullying. I was really trying for like a minute or so to get his attention and gave up I really think my guy was getting hit hard that night on the server with other people seemingly just killing him and I was the one that stood out.
