I was wrongfully banned for the amount of time under the offence. I don't believe I committed mass nlr, and was shooting at someone causing mass rdm. I only went back twice but was still considered mass nlr.

Hi I'm part of this, I'm actually the one who called the sit on him for MNLR. 


PD was KOS, I shot him. He returned, breaking NLR, shooting at me, to which I shot him again. 


He returned AGAIN after I had shot Mr.Bones for shooting me, then shot a Bounty Hunter named L46 who was MRDMing, He managed to kill me so I called SUCC 

Succ, reviewing the Logs showed that he MNLR'd, RRDMed, IRDMed, ARRDMed, And was generally lying in the sit

so in order from bottom to top of what happened: 


He ran into PD, I shot him @Succ The Zucc confirmed that PD was infact KOS

He comes back and attacks me as shown, I ended up killing him again

Mister bones then attacks me, to which I killed him. 

Then you see L46 attack me and I clap him too

Pinpreditor ran into PD, was still KOS so I clapped him. 

then you see him attack me AGAIN



all on these false claims of MRDM, never once did I fire a shot Offensively or in an attempt to MRDM, He's just mad he wasn't allowed in PD for Armour


Addendum: succ also confirmed his death spots and it was MNLR because he was under the impression PD=KOS means I'm Rule breaking

Hi. still wasn't mass nlr i came back twice,  I was also unaware of kos in pd at the time. Coming back first time was to get armor again, not knowing how i died after that i had assumed he was mass rdming seeing as how he had killed multiple people in and out of the pd as it is a public place. was not mad I got banned just think it was wrongful.

My boy above pretty much summed it up. Initially was going to warn for it and let him go but when he was just becoming more and more rude and not seeing how he actually did anything wrong. I decided to up it to the ban. 

 

As for the deaths. Yes. I confirmed using show NLR. And he died 3 times in the PD and once just outside of the staircase to PD going towards him and as you see in the logs he sent he literally attacked him coming back pmuch each time he came back.

 

PD as he also stated being KOS I would have assumed it being a simple "just read !laws in the future and we good" and sent him back. But yeah it ended up having to go further than that.

 

As for the ban. 5 days is on the low end as Mass-anything is 5-7days for a ban.

You were told PD was KOS multiple times.

Hi again. kind of unfair seeing as how he was also being incredibly rude, as it stands I still hadn't committed mass nlr as I had only returned twice. I was a little heated in the moment as to how he was acting towards me and how at the time I had thought he was mass rdming people. With more time seeing as how I misunderstood the situation I would like to apologize to both Succ and hell hound for how I acted seeing as how it was my fault for not reading the rules. I just believe the 5 days was wrongful when people who mrdm and mnlr are being banned for less.

I only came back twice actually, and was never told pd was kos at the time until the sit. I've only been played for a total of 3 days I had no idea.

You died twice to him when you were at the PD board then you died when he was in the street looking into PD. That was your third death in the PD after that he killed the Mr Bones and the other guy. Which he said in the sit he was attacked first which his logs sum that up. As for the last kill you come back and die just in front of the steps to PD after you attack him again. That's 3 times you came back 4 deaths total.

Also this is my feeling. I was trying to warn you in the begging my guy. I'm down to drop this too. But the ban is a justified ban overall
