You PMed me saying it was very offensive that Hops called you a Jew because you're a Jew in the real world. Okay, I get that. We are a server of no racism and our own staff (the people who are supposed to be the most mature) decides to call you a Jew. Although I don't really know how it's offensive considering if i was called a "Caucasian" or a "man who believes in no god" I would sincerely agree, he never picked fun at the religion, he just simply asserted that you were in fact a Jew. He did not call you a stupid Jew like you said.

 

Hops, just think about what you're going to type. If it's going to piss off someone in the world, that one someone may be the person you're talking to.

 

In regards to the report, you also PMed me saying how since it was you're first offense that you should of been kicked instead of being banned. While you may of read banning guidelines that said that,(I am not entirely too sure) our staff can usually ban for what ever they see fit. As long as it's not too far out of line, it's fine. Why is this the case?

 

For example, if you RDM someone because they "stink" that does not constitute a kick, that deserves a ban considering you had no intensive to RP + you knew you were breaking the rules. We are a relatively strict server when it comes to banning. Warnings are only given out to people who have sincerely made a mistake and they understand what they did wrong. Banning guidelines are there for being a guideline. You SHOULD ban someone for around 5 days - 7 days a a mass RDM. You SHOULD warn someone who is sincere in their mistake, ect.

 

Unfortunately, I have to take Hop's side when it comes to this. He is a moderator and "should" be banning people for legitimate reasons. If you don't have any evidence for a ban appeal and you are guys are making threads about how Hop's is an "anti semitist" for saying "You're a jew" then you should remain banned..

Yes, Seth you are in the wrong. Hops died before, nulling the hit. You killed him after he spawned. Mistakes like that happen often which usually constitutes a warning. Except..you then killed him again when he told you that your hit failed..then you disconnected..

 

You will remain banned until you're ban is lifted by the system.
