Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video helps too. Seth was a hitman and completed the hit on hops, after that Hops found seth out of spawn and punched him, so seth killed him in self defense. He did not MassRDM or leave the server, he was banned when walking back to my base. He has 4 days left on this unrightful ban and hops abuse of power. I do not know how he was trolling, but there was some disrespect to hops and the server, but this situation could have been handled with a kick or a warning.
