But at the same time, even if only 1 minute is left, he could have items on him he was going to inventory within that time frame that he then lost from being killed. Also, lets say we were to accept this ban appeal. Then in the future people could possibly MRDM or break other rules when the reset is near then use this appeal as an excuse like "well I thought it was allowed since his warn got removed." Although people may frequently RDM before the server reset, that doesn't really mean its allowed.
