Why are you reporting this player?:

 vamp38414BWHFV decided it would be the chill thing to do to shoot me while I was fishing and I ended him which made him decide racial slurs and requests for sexual favors would be the most mature way to respond. Then he decided to come back and RDM me twice more while fishing. I ended him again and then he decided to keep coming back to snipe me while fishing several more times until I eventually initiated a voteban since no admins were on line and he was kicked. I feel like he's a genuinely toxic and annoying individual with some sort of mental disorder. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person that he's targeted.

Yeah I guess you would have to take my word for his verbal responses. So I get why you wouldn't go for that but the RDM, player targeting and NLR are easy to prove with the logs. Thanks for taking time to read my report I respect the judgement.

NLR to come back and RDM could be AMassRDM or MassNLR either way they're basically the same thing the wording is there solely for different circumstances. Like coming back to a raid on your base trying to protect your stuff being taken as an example. It's possible it isn't Attempting to RDM but still NLR. Either one of the terms is acceptable in this case. 

 

As for player targeting. Targeting in its first right goes for a verbal->warn->ban so what we do is we slap the case with the highest punishing thing the guy did and usually write it of. Also not having logs of what he said or a recording showing how he went about it makes it hard to decipher in your case as well. What we do have is the MassRDM stuff.
