I was banned because of something that I didn't know

he never said he unintentionally killed you, yung, he said he unintentionally mass rdmed. he didnt go after you and mass rdm people, he was avenging me, and he has said that

I suggest and strongly urge you to read my appeal again, I stated the reason I killed you all was because I thought that pickup was his (not knowing that it wasn't) and that I apologized and wanted to compensate for my damage which was minor. Yes I did aim and pull the trigger, but that's not what I mean by unintentional. What I mean is that I unintentionally broke MRDM because that wasn't my goal and it was far from it. I never had any other altercation with you besides this one single time so I really don't know why you pushed a ban on me when this (in my opinion) was a minor issue.

Um if anything I would still keep the ban to at least 3-5 days like the rules literally state that it's your fault if you don't read the rules. Being here for 2 years and still not having read them is kinda dumb even after being told you have to be in a party it kinda implies you should brush up on the party rules as is.

 

Not only that but my dude. You had no reason to keep shooting after you killed Yung. 

 

I'm -1 on the appeal overall. Take the time to review the rules. And actually read them.

There was a reason to keep shooting because a hobo picked the box up and I killed him so he could drop it, but besides from that I respect the opinion but like I said I tend to listen and trust people to much about the rules and I have learnt my lesson on thoroughly looking thorough MOTD next time.

While I can kind of see where you are coming from, you still did MRDM.

If you have been playing here for over 2 years than you should really know better by now. I understand not everybody is going to take the time to read through the rules but that does not mean you aren't responsible if you broke a rule because you chose not to learn it.

The reason I think that a reduction is fair is because you have accepted what you did was wrong, and shown us that you have now learned how to properly handle a situation like this.

I do agree with Ray you did still MRDMed. i do feel like you are being sincere so i will reduce you ban to 5 days but not unban because you have been on the server for 2+ years so you should keep have kept up on the rules cuz they can change at any time.
