I'm reporting this player because they spent hours yesterday following me around, making repeated kidnapping attempts on only me, making repeated hits on only me, and performing mic spamming with his voice to cause an audio disturbance. I had made a sit for this but only Green was taking sits (at the time, there were 3 staff members on, but I didn't see any activity in chat. The sit was honestly mostly to ask if this was going to become a forum report issue, as the harassment portion could only be proven via evidence like the video below). Anyways, he mic spammed with his voice on a few occasions, followed me around closely to be an annoyance, kept placing hits on me with Dr Clef, and would not stop attempting to kidnap me. At one point, he tried to bring me into the sewers with a kidnapping attempt and a dumpster spawned on me, to which he gave me no mercy so I could not escape until my friend, ProjectTama, switched to a hobo so that I could get unstuck.

Keep in mind that this is heavily cut down. There are some parts that had to be removed because I cannot export videos right now so there is a 10-minute time limit. This is basically the jist of what happened in a 1 and a half hour to 2 hour period.

After review of the video I could see this as a legit possible case of general harassment or player targeting.

 

+1 I think a warning will be enough to handle this as this is the first time I'm hearing of this.

The video evidence you have posted clearly shows ion harassing you and if i remember correctly when i was on the other day pretty sure i saw Ion roasting you in OOC 

 

With the video evidence you have posted it clearly shows Ion harassing you i don't think we need multiple mods opinions since its super clear what he is doing, with that being said i will be accepting this report and will give the right punishment to Ion.
