Drama Mongering Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Because the ban isnt correct. I used my bind which was Mali warning me for "Pedo allegations". The bind had nothing else to do with what happen with said other person and I feel Mali was driven by emotion to send this ban in so quickly (The warn bind was [AWarn] Malicious warned Pratty for reason: Pedo Allegations Get Away 1/2/3 ) Who warned/banned you? This appeal does not highlight the things you said to me therefore leading to the 3D Ban. This started over a situation where you got raided by a Civilian in which I gave a verbal warning to. Staff can check the warn if needed as putting peoples warns in here seems confidential. I tried trading you three times. Due to the Civilian raiding you and you losing 1M in Drugs which Staff can reimburse if needed. You then decline them. this was before the image above ^ After you go off on the accusations, you get brought by malicious for a sit. "I stand by it. I said what i said" then continues to OOC Drama Monger. During all of that I get a repbomb and notice that you were trying to ask for your ban. After becoming Mayor you make a law - Finally, makes a custom warn based on Malicious's AWARN towards him.-1 I do not see what you're trying to get from this. You mean every word you said.I also think the ban wasn't long enough either as this was only a drama mongering ban. That's just me though.You also lied on this whole appeal - in my eyes that's lying to staff. I'm also not sure how you can't tell that pedophile allegations are against the server rules, it literally will destroy a person's reputation, and usually leads to 1 month - permanent bans to the people making the allegations. If you think someone is a pedophile, you message an admin+ with evidence, not in OOC. It falls under the DO use common sense rule in the MOTD Edit: just looked through Fuzed's 3rd screenshot again, you said 'warn me, ban me, idc". To me you were let off pretty lightly , I would have banned you for at least 5 days . My warn advert was only about the warn I had received not to do with the situation before hand. I know what I said before but this was at a different point when I was using my warn to get someone away from me. The Advert warn had no indication of what happen prior. It was only the warn I got. Also Fuzed if you are going to be showing screen shots of our convo you should be posting where you admit to all that im talking about and dont even say its not true. I admit because yes, i did date someone that was 13 while i was 16. However, i have no proof of telling you the story as i did in the past.
