I was banned after I left for an incident that was cleared up. Toosii took care of my case and admitted the whole thing was a misunderstanding. I was banned for killing the same player repeatedly, when he was mass breaking NLR repeatedly, inside my base while I was building. I was told by Toosii that I did everything by the book and everything I did was completely legal. I don't understand at all why I was banned as I had every right to do what I did, confirmed by a moderator. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I haven't ever caused trouble prior to this, and I am a very passive player unless you try to fuck with me. I haven't ever been banned before and I also use this server as my main server, as I am a supporter as well. I strongly believe this was a False Ban as the sit and everything had already been cleared up. Who warned/banned you? Toosii took my sits, and Foul was the one who Administered the Ban. toosii Posted December 22, 2021 Share Posted December 22, 2021 (edited) Yeah when I took the sit & handled it the player who called a sit wasnt able to show me the video evidence at the time. So from what you both said & the logs available to me, it seemed like a misunderstanding between the both of you. After the sit was over & you had left, the reporting player Leebird sent a recording to Foul, I didnt see the video so I cant give my opinion on it but Foul banned you for the reason you've stated. This appeal has been sent to Foul & he should be replying soon. Im in my car right now driving I'll reply again once I get home n after foul replies. Foul Posted December 22, 2021 Share Posted December 22, 2021 So this whole situation was really a cluster from the start and when i needed you on, you wernt on so it made it a lot harder for me to deal with the situation from either end considering i had only one player active.
