I ended up killing him for it. Afterward, he broke NLR and eventually RRDMed me, which at the time there was no staff on. So I vote kicked him. Once he then shortly returned to the server, for 2 or 3 hours, he had been mostly following me around and targeting me since. He also did the following: 1. Attempted to false report me to the mod that had just came on for kicking him for a valid reason and offered to show evidence to the staff, which they declined, but also did nothing. 2. He actually successfully encourage one of the PD to RDA me for a false reason, 3. Attempted a false demotion, which I was unable to get a screenshot of because a staff member was involved. 4. He posted in OOC he would pay 100k to the person who kidnapped me. (Screenshot below) 5. Lastly, at some point, before he left the server, I had accidentally pressed the wrong button, which kicked me from the server, but not from GMOD. As I was rejoining the server I minimized GarrysMod to modify my OBS settings. When I looked back in the game, I had been RDMed by this player, Thus the gap in the screenshots. What he is not allowed to do is target players with that job. Once you attacked a player with the swept you should leave them alone and go to the next. From the evidence you provide you can see he continued to keep coming back and attacking with the swept. i would like to see if i can get wheezer to respond to this. Not to mention tried to lie in the sits and tried to put the blame on me to two mods, so he could talk out his way from being punished, but if you feel that is fair, I supposed you could. Although he is just going to lie and talk his way out of being punished again, when this time there is a bunch of evidence on his doing. He's going to say I kept swearing and harassing him, when I was barely swearing. All II kept saying was I was telling him to be quiet, telling the mod he's lying and trying to talk his way out of sit, and tried to show the mod evidence, but the mods denied both the evidence or to do anything about it.
