False Demotion Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I should be unwarned because in my defense, I was completely unaware of "False Demotion" for a first offense to be a warn immediately. The player who I demoted was playing Reaper and constantly spamming his Osris which is incredibly loud and obnoxious so I asked him 3 times to stop spamming it when there is no one around to kill. He continued to do it so I followed up with a "/demote "Player" annoying" then he proceeded to bring me to a sit. I was a bit toxic/annoying during the sit to be fair and I know that is unacceptable. I first didn't know this was a rule even previously being staff and I didn't get a verbal warning at all for this harmless action. I would just like this removed so I have 0 warns by November 9th. You demoted them for swinging their osiris, which the last time i checked there was no rule against that. Yet again you knew that was a false demote and you know that. Yung PussyBanger Posted September 22, 2021 Share Posted September 22, 2021 If someone failed to perform their job functions correctly (Ex: A cop let their friend have a gun without a license) you can /demote them. If they broke a rule against you (Ex: RDM) you could demote them but we highly suggest calling a sit. Contact someone before calling a /demote on them for breaking a rule against you. If you are unsure, ask for staff assistance. Im just going to go ahead and DENY this post because you know what you did wrong.
