Why were you banned or warned?

For real life death threat / asked to be permabanned (out of anger, though not sure if that was the reason, but probably from the threat and toxicity in the past)

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I had told someone I would hunt them down and kill them after they ridiculed me for hours on the chat a year or more ago. I knew what I had done was wrong and I immediately felt bad about it, but the damage had already been done and I knew I would be taken to a sit. When I was I asked the staff to just go ahead and Permaban me since what I had typed in chat was so wrong. I felt sorry about it then and I still do to this day a year or more later since. I think about what I could of done to respond differently. Even in the unrelated toxic posts I had made in forums to other people, which I also apologized for at the time I think, but not in as much effort as I am putting into my apology this time.

Jack Johnson was not present in the events that took place, he had not even been playing on the server for quite some time during the time I went under the name Justin Tyme, the image I included is from my last appeal where he posted unrelated content from a previous ban that was from the forums, where I might add I was not ever perma banned from, as much as he probably would of liked me to have been. He even thought I was previously perma banned from playing, which I was not, I've been targetted by this person unfairly for quite some time regardless of my change in good behavior in the past which went on much longer than this so called "most toxic person" behavior went on. I contributed quite a bit to just a fun atmosphere and decorating during seasonal events, such as Halloween, making the fountain look spooky. In fact that's around the time I was banned 2019 Halloween I believe.

Rule number 3 * Witnesses may contribute in forms of evidence (such as screenshots or videos only). Don't post to assist another player's report if you have nothing to contribute*(*See attached forum screenshot). How can I defend against so called accusations when I do not even have permission to see it?

That being said I saw where cobaselic underneath outlined apparently what was in whatever Jack Johnson posted for "staff to take a close look". If that is indeed what he had linked to secretly make me look bad or worse in regards to what I am trying to appeal for. I don't know who or what reason he has held on to a grudge for this long against me I HONESTLY have no idea. I do remember quite vividly though that in the past he has gone out of his way to target me for being an older player and generally bullying me over it.

From reading what cobaselic posted that I told people, ouch I remember now when I said those things and I am very very, very sorry. I apologize to whoever read those messages then wholeheartedly. I feel like if you wish to unban me I would try my hardest to never say things like that again. I promise to try as hard as I can to really change my behavior for the better and try to bring positivity to my words and actions from now on, no matter how unjustly or justly I was targetted by certain players in the past. I find it best to change my name in game and not interact with people who hate me for one reason or another. I find it best to simply not engage with them, but when I do I will remain respectful and not target anyone that had a conflict with me or my personality in the past.

I also promise to respect the rules of the server, the players, and respect not overusing and abusing sits and any other staff etc...

Thank you for taking the time to read this and your consideration. I hope this small token of evidence will further my reason for wanting to be unbanned and my willingness to try to be better and treat people better.

Though again, that was unrelated to this ban can I just point out?

 

The key in all that was he was not present during this time frame whatsoever.

 

So he is trying to target my character, which is fine, that is his job I guess. But it's still unrelated to the specific incident I suppose.  oof

Some advice for your future ban appeals, don't accuse staff members for targeting you just because they pointed out the fact that you told 3 members to kill themselves.

In my defense, those events were from a ban on the forums, that lasted a year, that had already ended, it was not related to why i was banned in-game a year later

Sorry for all the mistakes replying to my own ban appeal, i meant for staff to make their own decisions based on evidence. I'm bad at forum posts and editting, not much practice in it.

You make a good point. I can see why you would not want to give me another shot from that sentiment. At least you clearly see what I was trying to say instead of just trying to claim I was set up or some other nonsense. So thank you for viewing the evidence as intended. With that being said I don't see how I can make a further request any time soon other than I am very sorry for my actions. There is no evidence to prove that I am sorry other than it has been a year since and I am sorry still at this time.

That's fine, but then why did you JUST warn me JUST now for making a useless post in a thread? Quit acting like you aren't singling me out? This makes no sense. I literally said "Oh ok I am willing to admit my mistakes" and then you do this? Why? Now I have a permanent warning against me for trying to clarify in my OWN post? Please explain. You didn't put what was useless for the reason for putting a warning that I had to accept.  I'm simply trying to elaborate here on how to explain how sorry I am and I'm met with this instead. If anything you are proving my point that you target me for some reason without knowing me.  Please stop this random hate.

I think Cobaselic summed up the events perfectly. In a 2 year time span you showed that you are incapable of maturing/moving on past a toxic demeanor. I see no evidence or attempt to change, especially since in your main post you typed almost two whole paragraphs about Jack Johnson and how you believe he is out to get you.
