bias as staff, letting his friend mass rdm

We do allow for people to have a bit of fun with their friends. As legarbs saids, most people there seem to be chill. Def those in crossfire can make sits and it would be counted as rdm. With that being said, that may explain why he only got a warn for the time he killed idek like I don't even see estebon in the group kill so who exactly called the sit for who there.

 

And there's not really audio there too so idk if ur saying "hey kill me sure" or "what the fuck are u doing" or "go fuck urself where he warns u when he responds" like lack of context for me

The clip of the sit doesnt have much to it, jose just standing there not saying much with some banter back and forth between myself and snipes. Theres a small gap that didnt get grabbed by the clip as well but like i said, its just jose standing there not doing anything. Give me some time to upload it

What?? If a player says kill me, another player shoots a cannon at them killing other multiple other players, that's mass rdm regardless of whats said. That's gotta take the cake for the dumbest thing i've read today.

That's drastically different...? If two friends are playing around and having a sniper war killing each other do you really want them banned for Mass RDM? Lmfao playing would be no fun if staff were that strict. Making a joke like that is a totally different scenario and I don't even see how you could justify comparing the 2.

Legerbs said everyone else didn't care and quas, showed he did. I wanted to confirm that. You clearly can't read or retain information.

 

Letting people rdm each other is very different from a pedophilic joke, that's like saying hitting someone is the same as beating someone to death. Logic? Hello?

2 players consenting to a sniper war is much different then one player shooting cannon balls in a group of people in a public area. The point is, same with a pedophilic joke, if you make one in a public area you will get banned. Make one in private with your friends, you wont get banned. The more players involved in something like making a pedophilic joke, or MRDMing, the more susceptible to punishment you are, no matter if a report is made or not. I see MRDMers almost daily get instantly banned with no reports or players complaining about it. This was simply an obvious case of bias.

Oh sorry, I agree with you 100% in this situation, I just thought you were saying that in general people shouldn't be allowed to kill friends even if they are consenting to it . But in this situation that you reported I would +1  punishing sniipes for MRDM, because it was other people who got killed and were not consenting to it or having a friendly war with him. When I saw he only got a warning I thought that wasn't fair as well. Because anytime someone mass rdms its always a ban. Joesphine should be talked to about it and told showing bias is unacceptable.

After watching the footage and everything, it does look like its MRDM to me as well since both times he just randomly shot a SBC into a group or at one person. I'm going to be a +1 for banning Sniipes for MRDM. I do feel like the moderator that was involved with this should be talked to as well.
