NITRP (never got a chance to RP what so ever just dying and getting arrested out of spawn) / cuffing CP (as an act of revenge towards the false arrests) / FailRP (suiciding in RP situation), player harrassment (????) Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? The reasons I was banned was completely false. I never had a chance to RP at all! I joined the server and walk out of spawn get NLA'd then arrested. They said I was "jwalking" when walking out of spawn because there was no crosswalk? I understand that law but it was directly out of spawn to FOUNTAIN. From what i've been told over a hundred times (i made sits about this before) you can't be arrested for jwalking when walking out of spawn. So when the players realized there was no staff on they just went harder with the abuse of the CP roles. Doge Skeletor Posted May 10, 2021 Share Posted May 10, 2021 Already from what I can tell, you're not allowed to "get revenge" on people who break the rules on you (or who you think may have broken the rules against you) If toosii arrested you from outside the spawn tunnel into fountain (as in on the corner road between fountain and the apartments, then that's legitimate, if he arrested you from crossing the street inside of spawn, then that's a no no. Without positional data there isn't anything to work with, but from what I can tell, you admitted to breaking the rules to get revenge. koda Posted May 10, 2021 Share Posted May 10, 2021 (edited) NITRP (never got a chance to RP what so ever just dying and getting arrested out of spawn) According to the logs given, there was barely any interaction with toosii (apart from arrest made towards him w/ stun gun) so this point isn't valid. cuffing CP (as an act of revenge towards the false arrests) There is no logs for players so there is no way to verify if this happened or not, but you are not allowed to "get revenge". FailRP (suiciding in RP situation) There is no significant proof of this in damage logs that he was indeed in an rp situation. player harassment the only thing i see about harassment is him stunning Class but this was a playful manner (stunning each other), but Class may dispute this if he pleases. Overall, the "revenge" part is enough to leave a -1 because that isn't allowed here. Wait out your ban, it is almost over.
