I was banned after I got kidnapped after almost arresting someone who had been harassing me for a long time (Lil Cookie) he had repeatedly followed me around and called me a dumb bitch whenever he saw me in game. Right when I cuffed him a player kidnapped me and through me in the sewer. This made me so angry I said in chat "You deserve to hang from a tree". I then got tped to a sit and pbanned for "death threats" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? For 3 reasons: 1. Death threats = Telling someone that I will kill them or plan to kill them. I said he DESERVES to hang from a tree. 2. What I said is definitely against the rules and is downright player toxicity, but I believe "Death Threats" is taking it too far. 3. I understand that I need to control my anger better and not be downright toxic and act depraved whenever I get kidnapped or massacred and I promise I will never be even the slightest bit toxic and if I do, the admins have the full right to ban me for as long as they please and I will not make an appeal. 4. The person who called a sit on me wasn't the person I was toxic to and the person I was toxic to (Jack Johnson) didn't reply to my toxicity and had no regards for my toxic insults. The reason I reported you is because after I typed something in ooc you said and I quote "kys" "kys" "you deserve to be hanged from a tree" and then I reported you. Even if it was not meant for me you said it to me. The reason you were perma banned is because you were warned for player toxicty and death threats before. In my opinion there is no excuse for telling someone to kill themselves and you were warned before. I will let Byonic decide but I do not think you should be unbanned. I would stop and when you feel your gonna lose your shit take a break.
