So I made a sit because another cop (I was a cop at the time as well) RDA'd me.. and he said the reason for arresting me was because I was jaywalking. Dave took my sit and agreed with him and said that cops can arrest other cops for breaking the laws (instead of just asking for the mayor to fire me). With that logic, could a cop arrest another cop for having a gun out if that was one of the current laws? I don't want any repercussion for Dave, rather for him to just be educated on this that arresting other cops is in fact RDA.

Yeah no, cops can't arrest / fine other cops. The only punishment that could be given to a cop via RP is a demote either by another player or by the mayor. Cops aren't allowed to cuff other cops, so you were in fact RDA'd.

Yeah, that is in fact RDA. I don't think this needs to be discussed further. This seems to be pretty straightforward, and all that needs to be done is a discussion. I will make sure he is aware of who a cop is supposed to arrest, and what to do when a cop is breaking the law. Cops cannot arrest other cops, they are supposed to be demoted if they are caught breaking the law. Report accepted
