Incorrect time because I didnt lie during the sit, I was given false information, and I was banned because there friend was the person RDM so I was automatically fucked

Hi! I was the person that called the sit on you. You didn't include the part of you being warned for the same thing 1 hour prior to the sit. Also how is this biased? Tahxa tried to give you a 1 day ban because that was the minimum he can do. However, since you decided to ARDM me he felt that it was right for you to get banned for 3 days.

I am going to deny this appeal as you did ARDM in the sit. Additionally, it is not a matter of if they are friends, the reason it was increased from 1 day to 3 days is because you clearly tried to RDM in the sit and that shows that you did not learn your lesson. Breaking a rule in a sit, lying in a sit, etc, will increase a ban length to the maximum duration for the offense. In this instance it would be either a warn or a 1 day ban for RDM but since you tried to RDM in a sit and lied in a sit it was changed to a 3 day ban.

 

This appeal is officially DENIED as the ban appears to be correct.
