Video shows me defending myself via shovel after he attempts to close range shoot me with a sniper rifle. After he returns to the scene of his death with a gun out pointed at me, so I eliminated him as a point of breach of NLR and defending myself. He then returns a second time shooting me in which I eliminate him again. Lil Bimby took a sit I filed on this, but due to absurd amounts of sits currently being filed at the time, I said I'd just make a report here for the essence of time.
