Banned? (Need some explanation.) :(

Why were you banned or warned?

Hey so I just logged in recently and discovered I was banned! Not cool as I just gotten into DarkRP and learned all the rules.

Apparently I broke NLR, RDA, and RDM.

Im guessing I would have been banned Sunday night at around 1:30AM.

My job at the time was a cop and me and a few other people were sitting around the fountain listening to some guy and his TedTalk.
Mayor laws at the time clearly stated that disruption of peace was AOS! :/

So when Blue came in and started yelling "fuck you!" at everyone and kept talking over the guy, I felt as if I it was my job to arrest him. (Correct me if I am wrong but that sounds like disruption of peace?)

While I was fining Blue I was RDMed by some other guy. I didn't really care at all and came right back.
I attempted arrest again as Blue was continually yelling "f you" to just about everyone.

I was then pulled into a sit with Blue and not to my surprise he yelled "fuck you" in the sit.
So I shot him. :(

Ik it wasnt the best choice but I was really annoyed with all the profanities he was yelling, so that was my bad.

But I am not sure where the NLR and RDA rules were broken?

If I am missing something can someone please let me know what I did wrong? Thanks. :/

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I feel that I was banned unjustly considering the circumstances, if I am missing some key component or there is a rule that I am missing then feel free to let me know and I will just wait out the ban.
But I would really like to be able to play again.

So yea you are right, I was running around using a bind that said "fuck you"to people as mr bones(In a joking manner mind you, and many people were going along with it) and you had autowanted me , so I proceeded to kill you, and then you returned and arrested me after I had killed you. (NLR/RDA)

So I brought you and accidentally hit my bind, which I was going to explain until you proceeded to gun me down for it. I was simply going to bring you and ask you why you arrested me after I killed you, but that kinda changed when you killed me lol. 

I'm down to reduce your ban, but one thing you need to note, is that killing someone in sitland during a sit will always result in a ban unless its a complete accident. I didn't mean to hit the bind in the sit, so I can understand why that might annoy you but that doesn't mean you can kill staff in a sit, but again you didn't even give me a chance to type lol.

It probably could have been just a verbal warning, but killing someone in a sit intentionally especially a staff member, is grounds for a ban. RDM whatsoever in a sit, is not tolerated. Be sure to keep that in mind next time you are in a sit, so things like this don't happen again. +1 for a ban reduction -1 for an Unban.

Now that I understand, if you feel as if this is an important lesson I need to learn, then no pressure on changing the ban.

Alright, since you seem sincere, and your only rule break is against me, I'll be ACCEPTING this appeal. Please take this as a lesson learned and dont RDM someone in a sit.
