I was warned by spartan for escaping KOS by using the disguise swep

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

The diguise Sweps number 1 function is to get out of sticky situations, in the MOTD it says "Do not use your disguise swep to avoid RP/arrest" no where does the motd specify that RP involves KOS at all. KOS is its own thing and may play hand in hand with RP but if you want that to be clear, make it so in the rule book. when trying to escape death with the disguise swep it is a challange. 50% of the time you will die before you can even use it. why even use it if its just a novelty and cant be use tactically? why even add it to the alien race role if its not meant to be used in tandem of the kissing swep. if you willingly accept ONE of my terms i will hands down, accept this warn without a chip on my shoulder. 1. the rules in the motd concerning the alien race role need to be relaxed to allow escape from KOS via disguise swep. 2. the rules need to properly specify that you cannot use the disguise swep in KOS or any combat situation. 3. these admins need to chill cus it isnt a big deal and they have ignored or let it slide ALOT anyway in the past, ruins the fun, nobodys complaining accept me or uptight mods and players who put meaningless formalities before fun, and thats why we're all here. to have fun, im not annoying anyone by using the swep in such a way. im not harming anyone, im not ruining any players experience.

Your logic that KOS isn't RP doesn't make sense. If I saw Sewer Lord I would kill them because that's the RP of their job. Same with if somebody is kidnapping somebody they KOS to other around them, it's all RP. The point of the swep isn't to instantly disguise so you don't die, it's to run away and find a place to blend in as a prop. For this reason I will be DENYING your appeal.
