Why were you warned/banned?: "Mass rdm"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?: So what happened, I was a Police Sniper, I was in a gun fight with my fellow officer against a gangster on a PD raid, We killed the gangster, and batman runs up to me and starts spamming his swep, I asked him to stop while walking backwards back towards the PD, he follows and continues to spam. So, I shot him. I do understand it was rdm because I didn't advert him to get away from me. But a 5 day "Mass rdm" ban for killing one guy seems a bit unfair, considering this is my first time being in the wrong with admins, I haven't rdm'd before, broken rules, he explained that I shouldn't do it again and I got banned. 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: 5 days, and Fuel (who may I ask was the only staff online at the time and wasn't taking any sits for over half an hour)

Evidence: I wasn't recording because I was only going to play for like half and hour and wasn't going to do anything exciting.

I would also like to add, I purchased VIP not too long ago, No warnings or anything, so I would think he'd give me a little bit of leeway towards letting me go instead of the first time offence of "Mass rdm 5 day bans" But I guess im wrong and shouldn't have spent money on this server.

You killed many, including citizens, while sniping them from shooting room. PD, at this time, was only KOS past second door. Targets you killed were outside of PD/in lobby, and were never warned. Since you took the time to appeal, and put detail in your appeal, I will be reducing your ban to 3 days. I hope this is a learning experience for you.
