Why were you warned/banned?: Intentional RDM x2 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?: I didn't intentionally rdm these players at all, they had a corona virus checkpoint which I blew up which also caused there demise. I would not need to kill these guys if I blew up the gate, considering that why would i "intentionally rdm" these hazmat guys. In the sit I said I "

And to explain that which I did say in some way, these guys were not there at the time and I didn't have a lock pick to get through the giant fence wall. Meaning the only way to get through was to a) Get tested (Which I didn't want to do, cause I knew I had corona and would not be let through anyways most likely [I have patient zero]) B) Blow up the wall to get through. So of course I did the second one which ended up killing them, because they came out to test (I didnt resist) and finished and went over the fence and screamed about whatever, apparently they claimed to not have seen me place the bomb anyways which proves them  not being there while I started the bomb to get through the gate. 

In the event that tib decides to say I'm telling a  different story, this one is just more detailed, I agree I should be warned but not banned, I have no reason to want to kill these guys

While we were in the sit, you stated that you did not want to get tested by the Hazmat due to your confirmed infection of COVID. Whether it was a bomb, m16, or any other tool of damage, you intentionally killed the two Hazmat. Coupled with this is the fact that you were CP. The Mayor had no law outlawing such checkpoints (which is required for you to remove/disable the entry/exit points. 

 

You intentionally killed two players. The ban issued follows the Proper Punishments thread. I hope you reflect on this and learn for the next time! I look forward to see you on in due time and ask my fellow staff to take into account this testimony. Thanks!

And also I said that, as a justification for me blowing up the gate pls actually figure things out next time. Just like your able  bomb a weapons checkpoint to avoid a weapon check. Therese nothing in the MOTD saying you should follow the same rules as a cop when your a mayors assassin. I have patient zero, the guys were not there 30 second count started, the bomb next to fence they come to my side test me go the other side and explode. They were not even visible when I planted the bomb I just needed to get through. I don't understand how you can determine the context of what I said but not me, considering I know what im saying.

I'm not obligated  to follow the mayors laws or enforce them since I am a mayors assassin. and if you have video of the sit maybe I could defend myself better. How would I set a bomb with a 30 second timer with them admitting to not seeing the damn bomb

Uhhhh. Checkpoints can be raided. From a general understanding of the rules. Any building or structure that has fading doors is raidable.

If I wanted to raid PD and I have a massive PD checkpoint right in front of the police station I’m going to blow through it then advert PD Raid to raid the PD.

He was mayor's assassin raiding a random corona checkpoint across the map from the PD and everyone thought he was CP.
In the F4 menu, does it state that mayor's assassin can raid?
