Why were you warned/banned?: Okay, the meat and potatoes here. Let's get down to brass tacks here eh. Y'know, not beat around the bush bout nothing. So Koddaxxz pulls me into a sit after a grueling mayor election. I inquire "Oh, to what do I owe the pleasure?" to which I turn my head to see Asuna Yuuki! Yuuki I raise my eyebrow thinking "aren't you the person who's had it out for me all night eh?" Now, Mrs. Yuuki is not a happy lady.

 

Apparently I Don Macaroni as mayor lead an entire deathsquad of 20 people onto a rooftop and ordered "Shoot at her!" Koodaxxy hops on this like a yahoo after trying and failing to CP ban me from an earlier altercation. He, with a puffed up chest bellows "You encouraged them to shoot at Yuuki! I'm gonna have to ban you from CP for 1 day!!!" I was dumfounded. slackjawed. and bamboozled! But after much arguing and shooting pistols at each other while debating about the nature of the command "shoot at her" I accept my fate. I cry out to God to show me mercy. Then I say to Koodaxxz "Lol, I'm getting off for the night so can we get this over with." The anger in his eyes. The anger as he realized I robbed him of his twisted form of justice. He then decides to WARN me! Then gave me a link to the forums after I argued to which I rebuted "I can find the forums myself shitbag."  

 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : As we debated during the sit. I never said to actually kill or harm Asuna Yuuki. I only said to "shoot at her." which is very different from the command to kill or "shoot her." What we intended, and what most of the people in the discord understood was we were going to shoot all over the place around Yuuki. As far as I was concerned, that is all that happened there. On top of that, he went from a 1 day cp ban, to a warn in a heartbeat!

So, ask yourself, is it justice? is it FAIR! to warn a man for commanding a group of people to shoot in the general direction of another individual? It sets a dangerous precedent and is a slippery slope from here.

You tell me what to do in my sit? You ain’t getting what I initially said I was giving you. You RDM someone and say some shit along the lines of “just get it over with” or “just give me the warn” you getting a 3 day for being a smart ass. And in this appeal my friend you’re in fact being a smart ass.

Oh as for the other stuff. Nah you’re not allowed to say that is could be calling for someone to RDM/NLA. Shooting being a general term I would have killed Asuna
