Why were you warned/banned?: When i tryed to join it said IRDM and LTAP, i was not online when i was banned for this and have no idea why i was banned since i do not recall doing anything worth being baned for. 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : There is no valid evidence that I did anything, i was not online and it was not explained to me, I enjoy this server a lot and recently bought VIP so it would be unlikely of me to just break the rules the day i got VIP. I cant see how you can ban someone for IRDM and LTAP when they are not online, I think u either got the wrong person or I did something that was reported wrong but i couldn't explain myself, i promise i have not broken the rules on the server.

Evidence: I have said the evidence that I have not done anything, unfortunately I have no videos or photos, likely because i did not know that i had being accused of doing anything wrong or remember doing anything wrong, I had left the game to go for food and it would not my intention to purposefully leave while i'm in a sit but i was not in a sit and i could not sort the problem i just think that it is probably a misunderstanding, Spartan has banned me while I was offline so the only evidence that he had would be is he thought something was me or saw me do something that looked like breaking the rules, or it was off some other players accusation.

Hi, thanks for making the appeal, the reason I banned you was because a player reported you for killing them and it appeared that you left the server shortly after. Now getting more info on what happened before you left I will happily Accept this appeal, the user will be unbanned.
