Banned for "Enticing players to break rules???" Rubik and staff poorly handled this!

You broke the rules man, just serve the time and let it go. The server rules and punishment guidelines do not bend in your favor.

 

Server rules and punishment guidelines don't bend in my favor but they bend in Major's favor! LOL again you're perfectly okay with one of your staff breaking the rules here but I'm supposed to just let it go? No I'm not letting it go because it's complete bullshit. You don't let your staff do some shady stuff and then just turn a blind eye to and so you don't have to deal with your responsibility and take care of this situation. This is just as annoying for me as it is for you, but I'm not just gonna "let it go" because then stuff like this will continue to happen over and over and over, Yeah I knew I was breaking a rule, anyone who says racist remarks in OOC knows they are breaking a rule, but are you going to just forget to mention that your staff member who banned me in the first place ALSO broke a rule? A rule that is much more disruptive to the way the server is supposed to be operating? You think one racist word in chat is worse than a MODERATOR completely bending the rules in his favor? Obviously Major doesn't care because hes staff and you're clearly only defending your staff!

stop complaining here, ofc he'd defend his staff if there isn't any evidence of them breaking any rules.

if you have proof of a staff being bias or breaking the rules make a report and put the evidence in there.

you usually don't need a story if you have proof.

Have you NOT been reading this entire time? Major banned me without a sit, warning, ANYTHING there is your evidence of him breaking a rule. I've been saying that since the start, and this is a real ban appeal I'm not just going to drop it because of someone like you dropping a completely ignorant message. Go read for once and then come back and actually say something that hasn't already been addressed 10 times. He broke a pretty big rule. Staff CANNOT ban without a sit. How is this not apparent to you? Honestly I don't even know why you're putting in your 2 cents here seeing as you got demoted from staff. Clearly you don't know the rules.

We agree that there should have been a sit, that is an issue in and of itself and will absolutely be addressed.
