Why were you warned/banned?: RDM, FailRP(Raiding PD as hobo)

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Ban time excessive, would like it reduced.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Spartan banned me for 48 hours

Evidence: Apparently the person who reported me has a video

 

Followed a guy into PD as hobo, he went into the mayors office and I followed him in there. Moments later a detective ran in and tried to arrest us both, he got the guy I followed and I pulled out my gun to try and fight back but he still got me, however all the jail doors were unlocked so I just ran out and got unarrested then went back inside the PD and saw him arresting someone. I then (with the intent to help the person get away), punched him whilst shouting "he's distracted run away" only to realise moments later that he was on low health and I had killed him, after this I was pulled into a sit where I was banned for 2 days for RDM, Raiding PD as hobo and FailRP, I do not believe I should be left unpunished as I did accidentally RDM him however I believe 2 days to be excessive and unfair and because of this I wish for the length of the ban to be reevaluated and hopefully lowered.

From the video it did look like you were raiding cause you had a shotgun out as well as being next to the PD bank. As for you killing Ronsan after being arrested you did punch him once and kill him, I could see how that might have been an accident but you are still responsible for killing him. Because you did take the time to make a good appeal and helped shine some light on what actually happened I will be reducing your ban down to 24h for the respective RDM.

 

ACCEPTED ban length will be shortened.
