I was a trial mod before but hence this ban, I wont be getting that position back anytime soon sadly, I'm a good player its just that time I lost my temper, as said in my staff application I have a very short temper, I'm sorry for what I did, I know it was wrong and I fully admit everything to what I did. You ended up destroying the bitminer and then he killed you. And then you lied about it during the sit saying you "went back to watch but didn't do anything." This was all captured on video and you were removed because your banning staff watched the video and made the determination that several rules had been broken as well as you lying during the sit. This seems like vital information to leave out of an appeal. In addition, you aren't to go back at all in the first place. According to the MOTD: Going back to the outside of your base after you die in a raid to watch the raid. NOT ALLOWED According to your moderator application from three days ago: Have you read over our Staff Guidelines? Sit guidelines? Punishment times? MOTD? Yep! I've read over all 4. I'm honestly disappointed that this is your attitude towards this situation. I always tell staff members that if they break a rule, owning up to it and apologizing will result in an okay outcome for them 99% of the time. You lied to us and tried to mislead us. It was only thanks to video evidence that we knew you were lying. Go ahead and play other DarkRP servers, curb. I don't know if you'll do the same thing to them, but you won't be doing that to us anymore. If by "total fucking snitch" you mean "telling admins that people who swore to uphold the rules and assist users in rule violations are breaking the rules themselves and lying about it," then yes he's a snitch, and he's been more valuable to this server than you ever have been.
