im sure most of you know this, but he is the one who compared them to guns, and i could see why Captain Corn thought this was okay, bc not only do many other players do this but staff do it aswell

orch, you aren't even a part of this appeal in any way. If he hits the same exact person 6 times in a row, he is trying to kill someone with the slappers 6 times in a row. Now, your input isn't valid. Do not continue to argue a fight that isn't even yours.

 

Im not saying the ban wasnt just but making seem like a bigger deal then it really is by saying "33 ardms", im just saying thats not 33 ardms 14 or 15 at the most which is still alot, but like i said, i could see how he thought this would be okay.

Your attitude in the sit had a lot to do with the ban as well. Like I said in my original response, you showed absolutely no remorse for what you were doing. Not once did you try to say "oh they're my friends" or "oh I healed them every time", it wasn't until your appeal that you started saying that. Your only response in the sit was "You're just salty". I could see letting it slide if you hit 3 or 4 people with it for shits and giggles, but 33? Nah, I'm not letting that slip by.

 

if you had not called me retarded i would've took the sit more seriously, i would've preferred another staff to take the sit, you could've handled it alot better than you did

you're right, it's 33. every time he smacked someone for no reason, it was ARDM. SO look at every time he hits someone with the Suit Case for 5, and you come up with 33 cases of ARDM.

 

each person he attacked in the same life only counts as one case.

 

however, this could've possibly been entirely mishandled, as nobody else reported it, and cobaselic brought you directly to a sit without actually knowing whether you legitimately had a reason to slap people or not with the suitcase, or whether they're your friends or not. I'd say it'd do nothing but help you if the others you hit besides cobaselic came here and gave clarification whether they're your friends and don't care or not.

I do admit that I shouldn't have said it, it was originally meant as more of a bruh moment. But, that was said before the sit. During the sit, I treated it as I would any other sit. You stayed toxic through the entire thing, and again, refused to own up to what you did. You decided to act like I was the one in the wrong here, when in reality you were the one in the wrong. Again, I shouldn't have asked if you were retarded, but what you did was pretty dumb. You said you healed everybody, yet when you did it to me you took off running the second I hit the ground. You did not defend yourself in any way during the sit, just tried to shift the blame to "me being mad". You picked the nearly impossible to kill model, decided to minge with it, and got caught.

 

because you were lmao, I accepted i was in the wrong during the sit and told you you could've warned me for it, but then you decided to pull out these crazy numbers of people i ardmed without knowing any other info other than logs, I think it's dumb staff are able to take their own sits cos then shit like this happens.

That's where you're tryna muddy up what actually happened bud. I said smacking people with that is ARDM. You Say "warn me for it". I check damage logs, and you've attacked all those people. I say "you've hit like 30 people", and you start saying that I'm just mad. If you're gonna try to tell a story, make it a true one.

 

The only info I need are the logs, and they showed you attacking a shit ton of people. That is utterly undeniable. Not once did you tell me you were healing them, and when you did it to me, you ran away the second I hit the ground. If you were healing everybody else, why would you not heal me? Hm.

because you pulled a gun out the moment you fell, i had no intention in killing you but you decided to chase me all the way down to where i went. If you'd have killed me i'd bet you would've not made a sit at all which is why im saying you did it out of anger rather than in handling it in a more professional matter, you were as toxic as me throughout the sit. Again if another staff would've handled it in-game rather than you taking your own sit, I would not be making this appeal and be arguing pointlessly with you.

After giving this some actual, non-rushed thought, I don't see a need for this long of a ban to be honest. I'm all for a reduction on the ban time.
