They each decided to harass me and a group of people in a public base for what felt like an hour, likely less. The story goes like this. I logged in today to start basing with my new friend Dr.Ronsan who is the one who got recordings of most of this. Around 2 hours into our basing one such member of our party by the name of Pratty decided to kidnap me. We didn't take kindly to it and removed them from the party. after that, I was given a hit on them, and a friend also. I failed, I am unsure on my friend. After 20 minutes or so they decided to come back and start spamming smoke grenades into out base over and over. I called sits to get it fixed but it didn't happen, so I cuffed the person to stop them then and there; this is when Akumi showed up. We took them to a sit and had that dealt with. 30 more minutes after that a hobo lord by the name of Round Tony decided to start boombox minging, See the first video. We asked him to stop and he did not. I told my team to just mute his boombox. I am unsure when You got involved in this, it was likely due to me getting hits on them a lot by a teammate. I changed my name to John Taylor to avoid the harassment a bit and go undercover to just do hits. You decided it would be funny to steal my name. I called a sit, Buck took it, and You changed his name back to You shortly after without having been brought to the sit. I told him in a PM to not steal my name ever again, and his response was to not change my nae ever again. Still, not very cash money of them. After this, I returned to the public base to find that Round Tony had set up a shooting range atop our base to fire LMG's as much as they can, since we couldn't mute that. You got involved in this, and a few others decided to join in, thinking it would be fun to just spray LMG's atop our public base to annoy us. No more staff were online and thus, they could get away with it. Ronsan got Six Mag to join the server and we dealt with it over the course of 20 minutes. Personally, everyone involved in this got very heated, and acted irrationally; the whole situation spiraled out of control fast, but that does not excuse the harassment for a near hour of an entire group of people who just wanted to public base. Money Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Okay this falls directly under harassment and is something that is against the rules the evidence is clear as day when people say its just boombox ear slap its allowed , well shoving it into a public base playing songs from youtube labeled " ear slap " in the tittle is not allowed especially at a public base there not simple turning the volume all the way up there playing songs that override normal sound settings. Its mostly Round tony he should be getting a ban for such (You) is also involved in the matter at the beginning hidding the boombox in a prop pratty might have changed his name ? was he the gundealer ? if so he was shoving it through a window Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I talked with the group and for the most part it is just Tony that is in need of a punishment, I just felt it needed to mention all who were involved. Ronsan Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 I would like to add my case to this argument since I was primarily involved, basically adding one note saying that the original boombox minger was in fact "You." In the oldest recording when they first started and I had run out to ask them to stop you can notice that it was "You"s boombox. Which would mean that he was one of the ones that instigated the whole situation. I feel his involvement was yes short but in fact in the start and got a lot of people on board, being a primary instigator for this harassment case. My personal opinion on this is that over this extended period people are just starting to fuck with me because bandwagons. I hate having to call staff cause I just want people to play how they want to play, which is the reason Kamala has both submitted this report and taken the sits. While I wasn't there for most of this I did occasionally see it while passing by, I will vouch and say they are indeed victim to instigation-based harassment. The aggressor has changed a lot but it has often been the same area of concern. I think that Tony should be banned for 3-7 days, You and Pratty should be warned or banned for a shorter length.
