Why I was banned: I am using a shared account with my baby brother who is 7 years old he is new to the game and wanted him to play on the server i enjoyed but he apparently broke some rules and got a ban which i am not associated with i am not financially stable enough to buy the game on my own which is why me and him family share the game.

 

Why I should be unbanned: I am not my baby brother he was the one who was playing at the time not on this account but the one that has the original copy of the game I am not the one who breaks the rules i have only 2 warns i believe out of my months playing on this server I try to be as upstanding as one can be and believe that i dont deserve to be permanetly banned for something my baby brother has done on a seperate account i was trying to get him into the greatess of darkrp adn he didnt know any better and got banned.\

 

Evidence: Dooby Time is his account i dont know what his steam ID is

I mean is there a way I can prove this i really dont wanna not play this server anymore over something that i didnt even do Perma ban is a long time I mean if you look on the accounts theyre 2 different people. id really appreciate it if i could be unbanned i am not tryingmt o avoid a ban i follow the rules which my warns record will show.

hehe prove it was your baby brother I kinda think you 99.9 percent lying but there that 1 percent you could be telling the truth

 

I mean if you look the account he played as is Aiden Crickon my account should say Gerald crickon I am 17 he is 7 were different people i mean i would get him to account for me but I dont think personal accounts would hold.

 

 I would also like to add I have about 3 and a half days in total game time on this server with very few offenses.

Now,you do know that you are still held responsible for it even tho someone else played at the time. You do seem pretty apologetic nonetheless, even so, being a permanent ban I'd like to hear some more opinions before we do anything.

The moral of the story is: If you use a shared account make sure to keep track of whos using it and what's he doing on it since it can get anyone using the account in trouble.It's not our responsibility of whos playing and doing what it's yours.

Here's what I'm going to do.  Your account is currently permed and your "brother's" account has a 7d ban. I am going to replace your perm with a 7d and trust you're telling the truth here. 9/10 times the "my brother" excuse is BS, so we don't give it much faith. However, it is my Birthday and I'm feeling nice so I'll reduce it. I am not fully unbanning you because it is indeed your responsibility to ensure your accounts or accounts tied to yours aren't banned. I would reccomend logging onto your "brother's" account and blacklisting the server so he can't reconnect and get you banned again. If this happens again we won't accept the same excuse twice.

I was the one who initially reported him and got him banned in the first place. It was infact, a 7 year old. So I believe what this dude is saying is true.
