You say I was an absolute minge and a tumor even when i was staff and its pretty frustrating, mostly because i rarely played with you. You barely knew me at the time of me being staff.

 

Sal I knew you well before you got staff. Back when ASHBY, KingBK, and heck even Lean still played when Rolex was still in its infancy, and I had freshly made its respective discord, not only did I know you, I knew you well. We'd based and played many times. Rolex as a whole took you in as a friend and let you roll with us even though you were in Gucci. 

 

I hope you understand that if i was "an absolute tumor on the server, toxic among the community", my staff app wouldnt have gotten all +1s

 

Being an absolute tumor doesn't prevent somebody from doing a good job as a staff member. Jacket was well known to be toxic and even he became staff and admittedly, did well during his brief time up until his departure. 

 

To address the population issue, im not sure how the server crashing at 8 am with only 10 people online would cause the server to lose players.

 

It wasn't just you that crashed the server though, it was your friends who also did it who you trained to do it, Boogey, Cordnut, and Ass Eater 9000, and also further admitted to crashing the server not once, but twice, as evidenced here in your first appeal (https://www.titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=12765). You as well neglect to remember Rubik saying the same thing I did, upon the denial of your second appeal (https://www.titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=12929) about the weight of your actions. It wasn't just you involved in these crashes, but you were the root cause. When an I.E.D goes off and kills troops in the middle east, they go after the man who planted it, and the man who built them. You had a hand in all of these "I.E.D's" that fucked our server population <50 for several months, and it wasn't until later November that we recovered.

 

You can cry "I've changed, I've changed" until your lungs bleed for all I care, what you did had weight, and as a result, you need to take your punishment, bow your head, and leave.

No. We barely interacted until after the crash. We based every now and then but that was about it. There is only about 3 people in all of TitsRP that knows me well, and you are not one of them.

You call me toxic and a tumor but never really explain why. The closest thing to toxic i did was i kidnapped a lot without giving boxes. I would argue i was pretty friendly. I had very few enemies, a good bit of friends, and i helped a lot of new players even when i wasnt staff. An explanation of why im a "tumor" would be great

I never intended for the exploding props thing to crash servers. I taught them how and i told them to never do it when the server is busy and never do it in a confined area. Cordnut and Ass Eater both did it in a confined area which ended up crashing the server. I had a hand in it because i taught it to them so you can compare them to I.E.D's all you want, but they are human beings with freewill.

Alright Sal, I want you to be honest with me on this, cause this could affect how your ban appeal turns out.

 

How long exactly did you use an alt account and how many were there.

 

My only alt was named Minecraft Cooked Porkchop and i used it for 3 days until being banned. That is my one and ONLY alt

Alright. So here's my thoughts on this.

 

I am going to say -1 for a full unban.

 

However, I am wanting to suggest that you be placed on a timed ban now. Provided the time you have served, and for being honest with me, here's how I'm going to add up your new ban if everyone likes the idea.

 

So, since you DID alt, and it was only effective for 3 days, I am going to take that 3 and turn it into 3 Weeks, but since there were 3 co-conspirators with you, I'm going to go 3weeks*3=9 weeks. Which equals out to 2 months and a week. I have noticed your constant appeals and that shows me you really do care to rejoin the community. I didn't have any issues with you while you were staff to be honest, only a few hiccups that were quickly hammered out.

 

In conclusion, I am supporting that you be placed on a timed ban.  I will ask the other staff for their opinions on this and have them place them on this appeal. We will see how it turns out. The timed ban length would be 2 months, and 1 week. People do change with time and do stupid spur of the moment decisions. I trust that if you're to become unbanned, this won't happen again. And if it does, you can bet there will be no forgiveness.

 

Im fine with those terms. Would i be on probation also?

Yes, you would be placed on a heavy probation and most likely a VIP Ban for a good length so as to remove your AdvDupe capabilities

 

 Would probation be forever or for a certain time period? And how many warns away would i be from a perm while on probation?
