I kissed him as a Alien, he tries to arrest me i turn into a prop. He then makes a sit as angry as you could be over a game telling me I can't turn into a prop to avoid an RP scenario, I say you can't arrest me for kissing you so it wasn't an RP scenario. We say that to each other about 5 more times. He says "you want to make this complicated?" I said "Its not complicated, two admins told me that as well today, the same day. Seems pretty clear cut to me." He then stops talking then and sits there and warns me twice for that same "turning into a prop to avoid RP scenario" thing to get me kicked my the console, butthurt as can be. Now im banned for 7 days falsely. Never dealt with a admin abuser who can't handle being wrong before. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Admin abuse Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Dangernuudel 7 days. Evidence: kicked reason "Hitting 15 warnings" Edit: I was incorrect about the double warn and its a misinterpretation that was identified and that is cleared up if you read down. The first time I did the command, nothing happened which means that I either typed the wrong name or someone else had the same characters in their name. You were only warned once. Second, you assumed I was trying to arrest you because my handcuffs came out as soon as you finished kissing me. Regardless of whether I was trying to arrest you or not, you turned into a prop literally the second you finished kissing me, so you didn’t even have the chance to find out what I was trying to do. Regardless, I’m pretty sure it falls under the default law “Do not harm or attack other citizens, unless in self defense,” and slap is obviously harmful. Normally, I wouldn’t care, except this was the third or fourth time you had broken NLR on me in under 10 minutes to come back and kiss me. I’m pretty sure you were just pissed off with my checkpoint. I brought you to a sit to explain what you were doing wrong and I was ready to let you go with a verbal warning. However, you quickly chose to go with insults and refused to listen to anything I had to say, so I decided to give you an actual warning because of your attitude. Like I said before, the first time I tried, it didn’t go through - you were only warned once. Trust me, almost any other mod would have thrown seven days at you for Mass NLR and FailRP. I’m not that kind of person and figured a warn would suffice. Unluckily for you, you’ve been given 14 other chances to learn the rules and you were autobanned. Huge -1 for me. Edit: I had to run to catch a train right after this happened so I didn’t take my usual screenshots, if another mod who’s been on for a while can, please take a screenshot of the chat around the time this happened to show there was only one warning? After you're finished kissing you have nothing in your hands, you never automatically have handcuffs or anything else that goes for the alien or whoever's kissing and the victim. I've done it enough to know and any of you can go fact check me on that in the server, so that's a lie. You took them out to arrest me. 2. Again, you can't be arrested for kissing, that's just what it is. How do you think I know that? I asked two admins today and they gave me the same answer I've already had the altercations. I told you this. You keep trying to argue on that and decided to act on that out of emotion when it could've just been an "okay, that's fine." Interaction would've been done and we could've moved on. Because you can't handle that and that you were wrong you took it to this point. It wasn't worth it. 3. If I broke NLR why did you not warn me for that? And I did listen to what you had to say, we actually had a charming back and forth until you stopped talking, and false warned me (ONCE apparently my mistake. Still false and out of spite.) 4. Again, expanding on my 2nd point, you say "any other admin" would've banned me. Again, how did you think I knew that kissing isn't arrestable offense, something you apparently don't know? Two other admins and I had multiple sits and trust me they were much more friendly than you. And to that other person who commented 14 other "fuckups" doesn't mean I deserve to be false warned or banned, especially if I'm not intentionally doing things to be warned... Now I think you're one of those people who have to feel like you won in a situation for it to be resolved, and I don't know if you can handle it. Me, being the regular player that just likes to play on the server thought he double warned me. It wasn't a lie I was mistaken I don't know how warning works I'm not an admin. Lol yes I remember that situation, that's when you told me if you SHOOT a cop, and avoid arrest by changing is fail RP. Then you clarified that kissing isn't an arrestable offense in the first place. I can't speak on your mindset but I got the vibe that it was a misunderstanding on my part and it was all good thats why it was a verbal. This is one of the altercations i was referring to in my earlier posts that transpired today that helped me to know for a fact that kissing isn't an arrestable offense. Thanks for your input. The only way around this would be dangernuudel changing their name to warn you again, which did not happen, or another staff member warning you. Can you explain this? 2. Again, you can't be arrested for kissing, that's just what it is. How do you think I know that? I asked two admins today Could you name those two admins? 3. If I broke NLR why did you not warn me for that? I didn't break NLR, and that was hardly even the issue. For something like kissing, we usually don't care if you aren't specifically targeting someone. If you had gone back to him 4 times in 10 minutes we could consider that NLR/harassment depending on the specific circumstances. Just kissing whoever's hanging outside of spawn, no. Going back to him specifically every time cooldown runs out, yes. You probably weren't warned for that because he didn't find it a big issue until you compounded failRP on top of it, and even then the failRP by itself is a warning if you've been brought to a sit previously for it (which you were according to other staff). If you would like, I would be glad to remove your failRP warning and replace it with an "NLR/Harassment | FailRP//Disguising to Avoid RP (Given Previous Warning)" warn. To be entirely clear, this is what the MOTD states and has stated for at least 2 years now (possibly longer). I construed it as he false warned me twice, which wasn't the case. I clarify that in my earlier posts as well if you don't mind looking back. 2.) well one of them just commented under the post referring to the situation where I first learned kissing wasn't an arrestable offense. So that's one. I don't remember the other ones name, but it didn't end up being a warn or a verbal because in that situation: A dude as a cp called a sit on me because I kissed him and turned into a prop, I told him and the admin kissing isn't an arrestable offense. The admin agreed, and it was over and done with. That was the second interaction that confirmed for me the fact. 3.) Targeting is out of the question, I was kissing everyone everybody could catch dis mouf. I was sharing the love. I was in no way shape or form targeting just him. I was in fact against CP. As shows my name. He happened to be a CP. But if I remember correctly, there is no way at all I had 4 different interactions with him in under 10 minutes. There were more CP than just him. I just like playing as the Alien Job bro lmfao its fun to kiss people and turn into a prop. That simple. I should be free to do that if it isn't against any rules of the server or city. As far as the previous failRP sits, I clarified earlier what transpired and how they fit into this bigger general situation. But if you want me to re-clarify that I'd be happy to. I don't think any of that or the evidence constitutes a "NLR/Harassment | FailRP//Disguising to Avoid RP (Given Previous Warning)" warn at all.
