Why were you warned/banned?: MRDM, failrp, evading cp ban

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Was playing as the judge and killed a cop who would try to arrest me after I would decide to let someone go from arrest. The killing was the rdm. Afterwards, I was given a cp ban and was grateful. I played with master chief but did not side with cp but with the raiders. From this point, there was two instances where I killed a person. First instance was when I raided the pd by adverting pd raid and killed cops in the pd (here is where someone may have thought I rdmed). Second instance was when a cop instigated battle against me and I shot him down (another spot where someone may have called rdm sit). I made sure what I was doing aligned with the rules however I was banned because they think I sided with cp to avoid cp ban. It should be in chat that I had sided with raiders as master chief.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: dangernuudel for 7 days

Evidence: Don't have the console as I already closed the game. A guy named mrpig was there in the second instance. That is all I really know.

You were given leniency the first time as both Mads and I determined you committed Mass RDM. We decided that since you seemed sincerely apologetic about it, we would cp ban you for an hour instead, with a VERY stern warning that we will throw the book at you for any additional misconduct.

 

Not two minutes later, I had four reports come in saying you’re RDMing people. I determined that that three kills had no RP reason at which point you were banned for Mass RDM. Whether it was intentional or not, you were already on a tight leash as you should have previously been banned for Mass RDM.

It was late at night so I already had left. I don't recall the sources of those reports and I never had the chance to discuss them in a sit. I'm looking for a second chance to review those. I understand your perspective because it may have seemed I just left after killing people but I promise you it wasn't like that.

I specifically remember really thinking that I should ban you for MRDM the first time, but chose to give you a second chance. You were already on a thin wire and I had warned that coming up to sitland again (let alone for the same thing) would be a harsher punishment. You had a chance, and a really really big one, to do the right thing and follow the rules and I believe you chose to ignore that. Right now, I'm -1
