Why were you warned/banned?: Supposed disrespect to a player and staff (I asked the staff to calm down because she was absolutely livid that I killed the anime girl in the creeper hoodie), RDM, and leaving sit to say hi the person a few yards away after asking since Big Mad (or whatever her name was) alt tabbed.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Killing this weaboo in the creeper hoodie was my one and only offense on the server and I feel like if staff like her get away with taking her anger out on players it will stop people from continuing to want to play on the server. I personally find Tits to be one of the few good servers. But when you get staff like this who take (in my opinion) in game situations which are rather minor and blow them out of proportion to flex their powers it really ruins all of the qualities that make the server good.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Big Mad (???)

Evidence: Usually I'm always recording my video games bu this time I forgot to hit record so nothing other than the 6 other players I was playing with at the time.

 

 

[align=center]I will now begin my lengthy debate on weaboos in videos games: It seems that a swarm of these people have hit Gmod again. I'm unsure if it's because VR chat isn't enough for them or if the lack of VR headsets bring them crawling back to Gmod in a diseased sensitive manner... But what I do know is that at some point people need to put their foot down and stand up for the true "normal" people of these great Dark RP servers. When will the sensitive weeb culture end? The one that complains of man-splaining and dramatically act as if they can't cut their dicks off and turn them into vaginas that the entire universe will simply cease to exist. I propose that rather than rolling over for these bastards and subjecting ourselves to their overly-sensitive nature we stop them from being able to have power in the first place. A cleansing if you will. A purge. A euthanasia. Which brings me to my next point! Most of these weaboos don't even talk properly! They jump over with their paid for scythes or whatever and when you politely ask them you leave they hit you with a :3 or a >.< or a god damn mother fucking ^w^ . You can do what I do a say "Alright you herniated hemorrhoid fuck off or I'll kill you" and proceed to do it but then they immediately go crying to the staff where as a normal person would go "Shit man, I just died" and walk the fuck out of spawn and shrug it off. Perhaps the problem lies in the fact that these people take video games too seriously or that these weeb clubs are all united and typically all sensitive in the same ways. But wouldn't it just be easier than letting them have their ways or allowing them to have power to just fucking purge them and say fuck off?

Attempted RDM can be up to a 1-3 day ban depending on circumstances.

Extreme player disrespect and noncompliance in a sit, which did occur, is very frowned upon and can result in a warning.

Running away from a sit shows you have no intent to comply in the sit. You also didn't go "a few yards away," I was standing halfway across sit land. You went from close to the wall to past the kingdom.

 

I can say for a fact you were extremely disrespectful in the sit. I was being relayed lots of things that you said.

I had told you before that you couldn't have a KOS sign and you said that it was sad I was a virgin at my age, among other insults. You are extremely disrespectful to staff and players in general.

I had thought you attempted to RDM me earlier as well when I was just standing somewhere talking to a friend, but I chose to not bring you to a sit since lots of sits were being called.

During the sit in question, I was not raising my voice or acting angry in any way, I simply kept asking why you had attempted to kill nanights98. The reason given to me by the one who had called the sit was "look at this weeb" which seems pretty likely considering your off-topic rant in this appeal. I had double-checked with my higher up to see if I could give a ban in the circumstance and it was explained to me that I could. Telling me things like "you're taking this too seriously" and "do some yoga" while I'm trying to help another player who had their RP messed with is disrespectful to both the player I am helping and myself. You didn't give me an opportunity to tell you no, you could not go see that other player and had said "I'm just gonna take that as a yes" and proceeded to walk halfway across sitland in my sit. After the interaction you had with other staff and with myself and the other player, I gave you a 24 hour ban to take a break. This was not the maximum punishment for anything that you did and was only to let you calm down.

Literally didn't take the ban appeal seriously shows how much you care about your ban. It's a single day man. And for all of that I would understand if they banned you for 5 days.
