Why i was banned:Intentional Mass NLR

Why should i be unbanned well it starts i was playing on the server it got fun cause u know its a server then there was a revolt happenning i joined it and forgot to put the !joinrevolt and i killed a mod that was a cop then he talked to me and just saying join and stuff and i was like okay besides that i was going inside a base as a theif because it looked cool and i got killed many times which i have no problems with people killing me cause i honestly couldn't care less then i was having a stun gun battle with a person which he said to have then i got called by a mod with a guy saying i have Intentional Mass NLR because i went inside his base and he was killing me and it said "it was fun" which is taken out of context cause i said he was killing me when i went inside his base and i kept going inside cause it was fun i dont care if people kill me. It's bad and when i was talking to the other guy that was reporting me for Intentional Mass NLR he shot me with something which crashed my game and my screen went black i cant blame him my pc is horrible but i just wanna know what i did i didn't even kill him and im not mad at the mod hes just doing his Job but i just want a more explation 

I was banned for 5 days

Returning to the spot you died in over and over again is generally regarded as mass NLR. On this server, our NLR rules basically come to "don't go back and fuck with what killed you," and running back to the same base after dying multiple times would definitely fall under this definition.

 

According to our publicly available punishment guidelines (link text), mass NLR can result in up to a 7 day ban on first offense.

We have no guns that crash your game.

 

In this case, the user probably felt harassed and worried that somebody just kept running back every time they died. When you perform actions like this, please consider what the other person is feeling. Even if you didn't intend any harm, NLR can seriously ruin a person's night if they're just trying to relax and chill with their online friends.

 

You have 90 hours on gmod and are part of another RP group so this information shouldn't be extremely new to you. You were banned by Big Cat, I will send him this appeal to give us more context.

Correct, you were given a verbal warning for RDM.

Another player made a report on you claiming that you broke NLR four+ times (five to be exact, and you were about to do it before I brought you). I claimed and asked you for your side of the story, you replied with "because it was fun".

He did not shoot you, you were jailed. There would be no way. Additionally, as I banned you, you were still moving. This is irrelevant to the appeal anyway.

 

In summary, the reportee killed you various times and each of those times you returned back to his base. Upon providing your side of the story, your only explanation was "it was fun". I don't see how this could be taken out of context as it was quite literally your only response.
