The logs will show from 9:40PM - 9:50PM (EST) on 12/10/19 that I called raid on someone, managed to kill one of them and then was killed by the same person who I had just killed in the raid. I called a report and it took 10 fucking minutes for a mod to even respond, bringing me, then putting me immediately back where I was without doing fucking anything (This was Big Sticks). They continued to harass me outside of spawn and so I killed them again, they came back, found me, killed me again and we went back and forth killing each other at their base, they shot their own processors and blew them up in the firefight. I had to restart my router because my brother wouldn't stop bitching about the internet so I went to do that, I came back not 2 minutes later from when I had initially restarted my router and I'm banned, I was not in a sit, I was not brought to explain my side in a sit. So I go into the discord where Kiezuh is in a vc and explain to him my side calmly so that he can either reduce my ban or see both sides and just cancel the ban because we were both breaking the same rules, he just told me to make a post on the forums, so I cussed him out and called him a retard. The people I was fighting with in the server (MonsterDeee and the3erdpanda) did the exact same shit as me and got 0 punishment despite the fact I put in a @ request immediately after it happened the first time and then mods didn't respond so I asked for help in OOC and they continued to say that they weren't going to do anything. I took what they did into my own hands and I'm the only one getting punished, I literally just ended my week of work and just wanted to play fucking Garry's Mod on the server like I do every weekend but this is the second fucking weekend in a row I've been banned because I didn't get to explain my side or a fucking refused to listen and handle the situation where they thought they were right. PS : The failrp was because I didn't put the command in right for Master Chief and then did a raid, I thought because I had the lockpick, I was raider. Its clear that you're treating the rules as a joke and completely disregard the staff team(we have other sits to take care too,you're not the only one to need help,it usually takes time for someone to claim a sit when more players are on). Echo Posted December 12, 2019 Author Share Posted December 12, 2019 What I did was to take my problem into my own hands, I'm not saying I didn't commit the things I'm being punished for, I'm just saying that if this was to come to a sit, the most likely end of would've been us both hit with a warning and told to not be near each other since we both committed the same rule breakings but just because my internet was disconnected for 2 minutes, I got hit with a 7 day ban. I really feel that if this was taken to a sit, I would not have been banned, that's why I'm trying to overturn it here. They decided to call a sit which you were present in and ended up getting you banned. But you do understand, The major majority of people that legitimately LEAVE blame internet problems, No one can verify that your internet was having problems. Therefor I don't believe you should be using internet problems as a shield. I was not participating in any sit, I came back, tried to reconnect and was banned. I know I broke the rules and I know I was toxic but I'm just asking, as a personal request that I can play on the server because it's what I was looking forward to all week and then I get banned at night on my Friday, I also feel that this would've resulted in no punishment if I was able to participate in a sit.
