Why were you warned/banned?: Breaking NLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Biased Admin and abuse of relationship with admin

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: I forgot name of Junior Mod. It was something Mcstubbins. 

Evidence: I was playing as King inside of my kingdom. I get raided by a couple of cc users that blew open my base and killed me. I then came back to the kingdom as king and watched from afar as they finished searching my base. I at no point reentered the room that I was basing, I was only a spectator at this point. When the raiders realized my presence they immediately claimed breaking nlr and called me a retard, despite my constant reassurance that I would not interfere and was only watching. They then killed me again before exiting the kingdom portal. Shortly after this I was in a shop owned by these raiders and their friends. One of the raiders then decided to rdm me 3 times in a row as I tried to purchase goods from the store. I reported each rdm and never was given a sit. Shortly after I kill the raider for the very first time inside his friends base. I was teleported to a sit within 10 seconds after killing the guy who I had reported 3 times for rdming me. After some deliberation I was given a warning for breaking nlr. The guy who killed me now 5 times in a row, including the two times he killed me during the raid, got no reprimand of any kind.

Why were you warned/banned?: RDM as batman while using a gun

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Class rules are not clearly stated/Misunderstanding of class rules

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Vexxy gave me a warning

Evidence: I am playing as batman onlooking 4-5 cc's raiding the PD. I kill one with a gun and die to his friends immediately after. I had thought that raiding the PD and shooting at officers inside was cause enough for me to interfere and kill as a vigilante. The CC that I killed requested a sit and I immediately began to apologize and explain how the rules of batman was not completely clear to me and the description of the class does not mention that batman can not use guns. I was quickly brushed off and given no time to explain my position as I was given another warning. Vexxy told me that I was only allowed to use guns in specific cases as batman (witnessing kidnapping, murder, or mugging). It is confusing to me that I am allowed to kill in those cases, but not in the case of a PD raid. I will reiterate that the batman class no where states the prohibition of gun use, but admittedly deters against killing as I looked at the class post this situation.

 

Summary of my perspective: It leaves a sour taste in my mouth how these sits are handled. As a new player and VIP to this server I am disheartened by the feeling of always receiving the worse end of a sit when dealing with a friend of admins/mods. In situation #1 I was only reported after killing friend of admin 5 times after he had killed me and only when I had finally killed him. In situation #2 it was clear even to the admin that the rules of batman were confusing, yet I received a warning for a simple misunderstanding. I have never been given a warning against anyone except for friends of current admins. 

 

I am a reletively new player that does not minge, troll, or break the rules intentionally ever. I hope to make new friends on this server (hopefully some admins xd) without receiving further warnings or repercussions. This has been made difficult by the lack of description of classes and lack of specific nlr rules on the forum. I can assure anyone reading this that I only hope to better the server with my actions, and hopefully that is reflected by the effort I put into this post.

Going back to watch a raid is NLR specifically stated in the rules.

 

2. Batman can use guns but that doesn't mean you can just KOS people for doing anything, batman is used to ziptie criminals for cops to come arrest. Batman can only interact with people that mug, kidnap, lockpick, and I think keypad crack (If I am missing anything batman can actually ZIPTIE people for than oopsies). Raiding PD unless you were inside pd when they started to raid you should not be countering as batman is not a cop.

 

Keywords were pointed out in the f4 menu of batman that you failed to read.

I never reentered my base and only watched from near the teleport hub. But I was only reported for this 10 mins later after I had killed one of these player in response to a separate situation.

 

For case #2: I was in PD when raid began.

 

I was told by Vexxy that batman can only use guns in self defense or in cases of kidnapping/mugging. Which leaves me still confused as to why a PD raid does not qualify for the same. I was also told by another staff member that batman can not use guns at all. Now I am also looking for where I can find a set of rules that will specify this for me.

 

I have read and reread my class multiple times. I have also read the forum rules, although it is only now after these warns that I am going back to STUDY them.

 

These rules are certainly not obvious.

 

My only experiences as a guilty party in a sit has been after I kill a friend of an admin on the server. The custom classes are already OP enough without regular players having to worry about being reported and warned for breaking the smallest of technicalities within the rules. After being rdm three times in a row by a player who received no penalties I was given a warn after killing that player a single time.

Ok when people raid the kingdom they advert kingdom raid so everything in the kingdom is apart of their raid so yes you did break not for the first part 

 

second Batman can use guns but only if he is being shot or shot at. He is NOT allowed to help defend the pd or bank when it is being raided 

 

third for you saying your were rdm 3 times we would need to see some proof here so at the moment these warns are valid
