Got banned, please help

Why were you warned/banned?: MNLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Personally this would fall into NLR x3/x2 category(it's mass, sorry people), probably a couple of warns considering there was a lot of other shit going on and the server was in full chaos mode, people problocking spawn (they were banned for 30 minutes), I was trying to help with that by battering ramming all the props that were blocking spawn and finding out names. That's when the people who kept kidnaping me (the people who called the sit) kept trying to kidnap me, so I killed them. I kept going back inside their base but to no avail as I would die almost immediately every time. I did it I think a total of 3 or 4 times not excluding the time they kidnapped me, whic the admin says is not NLR if I do come back. Also they were based right next to the pd, and it didn't help that they kept kidnapping people straight in front of the PD and bringing them back to base. What am I supposed to do there? I did remotely know it was NLR, but as a cop I need to be by PD, I need to be by the mayor and if I see kidnappers I follow them and try and arrest, if not use lethal force. What would I have used from my past life? That's pretty much my only argument regarding that, and if it is wrong, then again, NLR x3/x2 category, but I by no means mass NLRed. I don't know where else I'm supposed to go on the map other than the main city streets as thats where all the people are and that's where the PD is. That's also where I get my armor and health if need be. Anyways, maybe it's a misunderstanding on my part, I do get that what I did was NLR, but to what extent, as I wouldn't have ahd to process any of my past life information, just the information that was in front of me, and that was them kidnapping people right in front of the PD and the corner and dragging them to their place. If my argument is invalid, then please just lower the ban. I'd love to play on the server today but punishment is punishment, and I completely respect that, and if I did break NLR then I should be banned and made an example of. Perhaps a shorten though?

Evidence: [/b]Personally have no evidence other than some douche in a pedo bear costume failRPing, I have shadowplay and could've gotten the last 5 minutes but the admin banned me without warning. All I saw him type was !slogs then there came the ban. I could call this poor staffing but that's for other people to decide; I don't know how the staff do their job, but I thank them for it and move on. However I would've appreciated a warning before I did get banned or some reason as to why I was being banned for 5 days and why it was so harsh. And also how he came to his conclusion, and if he did give me a warning I probably still did have a minute left of my shadowplay to record them literally moving a body in front of PD and me coming back into the base.

So two things. First our bans for anything Mass is a default 5-7 days. (5 for NLR) in terms of it being Mass? If it was 3+ times then it would be Mass.

 

Also I’m not speaking for Harley but I am for myself. Usually in terms of warning what the punishment is if we decide on a ban usually the player would LTAP so we don’t necessarily tell them. That or it could have been a shitty night and he was trying to go through sits to get to another one that was up. (Some times staff feel rushed)

You mass nlr-ed, there's no such thing as a warn for nlrx3(you did go back there more than 3 times anyways),and I don't necessarily need to tell you if you are getting banned or not since most of the time ,for me at least, results in the player just leaving.

So the first times you went there was not because you saw them kidnap other peeps was just you got kidnapped and decided to take matter into your own hands?Not talking about after you switched to cp but before.

Did the edit work? I crossed it out; I realized my mistake, as someone already responded. I would've loved to defend myself, and I would've loved to get my shadowplay other than freeze for a minute then finally get the ban screen. Sorry but with a kidnapping base right next to PD, you're asking for constant cops in your base, considering their base was always open and they were kidnapping people right outside PD, and bringing them back there. I needed to go to the PD anyways since we had a threat of a raid at that time, and what would I have used from my past life to come to the conclusion that these people were kidnapping right outside PD? New Life Rule is starting anew and not using information from your past life, right? So how would I have been using information from my past life when kidnapping is OBVIOUSLY illegal and I can tell where there base is from where they're kidnapping and dragging them. I'd love a response for this personally, because maybe I'm wrong, and I'm fine with that, but at least respond.

I fully realize this and didn't remember until now that I was a gun dealer. There was a revolt and I had to switch classes immediately because I dropped a shipment of craftables by accident, and after the revolt I fully forgot I even switched to gun dealer, and I only switched to gun dealer because it was the one class that didn't have he 15 second "READ" thing. By the grace of god I actually got my craftables back, but I was back to the PD as a gun dealer, this was fully unintentional and I now realize that I wasn't even a CP in the first place. I do know I couldn't raid it every time I was alive, so I didn't, but they kept kidnapping people outside PD and I would always see them, so I kept going back in. I do realize now though how bad it looks to have a gun dealer come back to PD and follow someone inside. Also by the way the fading doors would always open and you would see my logs inside the base because I would always follow them when they were KIDNAPPING. That's important and my proof for me not abusing New Life Rule, because I did not need to use anything from my past life to 1) get inside their base and 2) see that they were kidnapping people. The one thing I f*cked up on here is that I was still gun dealer from the revolt that happened at that time. There's logs for that, I'm sure, from the revolt to me picking up my items. Anyways I feel that this definitely would've been NLR if I came back without due reason and if they weren't actively kidnapping people outside PD during a threat, but they were.
