I place a couple walls to block anyone from coming through the upper portion, forcing them to come in from the underground elevator which would make a noise when I was about to get raided. It was a design I saw few months ago and I thought it was a clever little trick to deter some raiders. Anyway, on top of this I decided to place some defenses that a raider would have to get through in the tunnel leading to the elevator. Its a short little tunnel that you can throw a few walls into that they have to crawl through. I was under the assumption that since the ONLY thing that was through that tunnel and up that elevator was my base, It wouldn't be a problem to add these extra defenses. So as I was nearing completion on that area, two guys raided me. I heard them blowtorching through the walls above ground, so I prepared myself in this tunnel. They came down and I started shooting at them. They managed to kill me, and called a sit claiming I RDMed them. Raccoon came, and froze me. I don't know WHY he froze me, but he did and I was completely unable to do anything to respond to him. I initially thought my game was just bugging out but then he later told me no, he froze me and didn't give me a chance to explain myself before banning me. If it really was a failbase, I would have happily removed that section of the base, or taken a warning for the unintentional RDM. Instead he banned me for a mass RDM, disregarding the fact that there was only 2 people not the 3 needed for mass (He checked logs after the ban to see there was only 2, idk why he didn't think to do that BEFORE the ban). But essentially my point is, I feel it is a harsh punishment to ban me for so long for a mistake. I wasn't intentionally making a failbase, I feel an argument could be made in defense of that location being part of the base, and if it really isn't a part of it, why not just tell me and give me a chance to remove it before banning me for a week?
