The only issue I have with this voteban is that you shouldn't be votebanning for a singular false demote. Votebanning is only there to get people off the server immediately if they pose an ongoing threat (Mass RDM, Mass False Demote, Harassment, etc). I personally feel that Tuss shouldn't have voteban for this regardless of whether the demote was valid or not. A forums report would have sufficed.

Alright, so for this what I will say is that in the video it does show you at least trying to get them as they show up. Of course doing what I would do in that scenario which is finishing the parcel first.

 

As for punishment it will be a verbal warn. Let’s be honest, there is no way for him to actually see if you’re doing your job when all he sees is you doing parcels. Someone should have to otherwise check via spectate which normal players do not have. At most this should have been a votekick and even then you weren’t breaking the rules. 

 

As for Tuss I advise that this be a lesson of learning. Don’t votekick/voteban ever unless someone is MassRDMing you. It will cause bullshit problems for you in the future.

 

As for you Lolita, I’m sorry you took the L. Wasn’t deserved in any way. Hit me up in game when I’m on. I’ll give you some cash as comp.
