Reasons why you are reporting: Tuss asked me if he could be the Batman role for a quest. I said no and carried on. However, he immediately demoted me for "Delivering parcels when supposed to be doing job." Yes, I was doing parcels but I was also restraining anyone when they popped up. I'm 99% sure Batman is allowed to do parcels anyway. Its obvious he was just looking for a reason to demote me so that he could be Batman. In response to this, I made a couple sits requesting a staff member look into it, but none were accepted. The only active admin on was the T-mod Caw Caw and I found him to ask him if he'd take the sit and he said the demote was valid. Which again I'm 99% sure isn't true. So once he said that and just flew off ignoring me, I got upset and took things into my own hands, and called a demotion on Tuss for failRP in the form of a false demote. It was accepted, he got demoted, I became Batman. Just minutes later he calls a full 30 minute ban vote on me, without checking if the admins were afk, (Caw Caw was running around just 3 minutes prior so I don't even think he was afk) and I got banned for 30 minutes.

Btw, Caw Caw was AFK at the time, and I did check to see if they were AFK. Also, when I demoted you, you became your CC and started to lockpick random doors that weren't even owned just to kill me when I came to you. You literally started lockpicking this door, from inside, and when you saw me, you fucking owned the door, shut it, and tried to lock it (it is still locked). You weren't even able to because I opened mid-way when locked it so it stayed open. You then repeated this like 5 more times except instead of buying the door and locking it, you would just fucking shoot me.

Like more about the 'false' demote part. You literally were just fucking sitting there farming parcels. I saw multiple people get kidnapped, and I never saw you come to restrain anyone. Also, you could've just made this forum report without demoting me back and had avoided most of this situation.

I was on when this happened, he was just doing parcels as batman and not doing much else, he wasnt utilizing the job to its potential and was just essentially wasting the slot, he can do parcels on his CC or any other class but obviously not doing his job is grounds for demotion.

Caw, idk if you've ever been Batman but I can tell you there is a lot of down time especially when the server isn't totally full. I was doing my job as I got alerts, but in the meantime I was doing parcels. You can't say I wasn't doing my job. Also, if you look at the screenshot I posted, it's BRUTALLY obvious he was just looking for any excuse to try and demote me. He asked for the job, got told no and IMMEDIATELY started the demote just so he could get on it.

I asked you because I saw you delivering parcels and not doing your job, if you complied other than saying, "lol no" my quest would take about 10 minutes.

Again, I was doing my job as it came up. Its not against the rules or failRP for Batman to deliver Parcels.

Think of it like this. You have someone playing a Meth cook. There is a player who wants to cook meth but can’t and you’re the only one going around actually not cooking meth and instead you’re out on beach fishing  or something. Guy asks politely to have the job. You say no. He demotes you for not doing what the job/class was intended for. Seems like a fair demote to me. Now you also say you were playing the class as intended. Given the Mod and the player say you were only doing parcels I would like to know if you have a recording of your gameplay. As for the parts of you demoting him for FailRP it could be argued that, that was a false demote. Him vote banning you however and Caw Caw not stopping the vote and conducting an actual sit on this I’ll talk to him about.

Again, I don't see how they can claim I wasn't doing my job unless they know they are just blatantly lying. Unless they were spectating me at all times they wouldn't know, meaning they are just making things up. Anyway, here's the video of the roughly 10 minutes prior to the demote which I assume would be the most relevant and you can see me actively go for every single person that appeared. This should be sufficient proof that I was doing the Batman job, and delivering parcels when there was no one else to chase, and that the demotion for "not doing my job" was indeed unwarranted.

Caw Caw was AFK at the time I made the voteban. I do not know how clear I have to make this. I wouldn't risk getting my V.I.P. taken away again because of something stupid like this.
