(He called me an idiot in game) after i revived someone he just killed. This was my very first offence on the server ever, i have never been warned before, and i think the punishment is too harsh. In the admin sit, there were other Admins/Players in the sit area trying to run over us in the sit, so i hit alt+e to sit on the car and he began driving away. This was "running away from a sit", even though i was still in the sit area. The other play named "Jewish Holocaust" was instigating me and pissed me off. So i yelled back at him. The mod saw that he was instigating aswell and still did not get punished at all. You on the other hand kept on insisting on not listening to me. I understand you believe that it may be too harsh, but considering how you acted in game and what the punishment guidelines say, it was well fit. Noncompliance in a sit is default 1-3 days, so that should tell you something. https://gyazo.com/54e042684ba017a3fc9f4e697f271a72 I do not see it fit that he is unbanned, as when he confronted me in VC about an unban, he resorted to insulting me and being very disrespectful. He was being very noncompliant and claimed he had read the MOTD, but then says he killed Jewhovah because he called him an idiot, which of course isn't a legitimate kill reason. He called the sit with the intention to minge using you to ban people for relatively little crimes. you saw how he was talking in that attitude and he was excited that you were going to punish me further. Also you still did not punish him AT ALL while giving me a 3 day ban. I would be completely fine if you gave the other player the same level of treatment as you did me. You insult the sit caller at the end of a sit, and shove a prop in his face, and also decide its a good idea to hop on a car mid sit and drive off, instead of maybe jumping off and running back? The ban will stay as is. Next time you're in a sit, show some respect and pay full attention and maybe things will end better for everyone involved. Denied.
