I then went back to my base(which is across from the PD) took some talismans with Hamborger, we left the base went on the roof of my base then jumped over to the adjacent roof across the street. Hamborger then tried to tranq damnedone from his position on the roof, damnedone then started to shoot at hamborger and i hit my defend party bind and started to defend hamborger from damnedone. I was killed by damnedone in the process. Next thing i know im in a sit being accused of NLR. Equinox gave me ZERO chance to explain my side and took his buddys side. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I didnt break NLR, as well as equinox didnt handle the sit properly, he didnt ask me one single question about why i was being accused of NLR, on top of that he was playing favorites as he was later in a party with the guy that reported me. May i mention this seemed as a direct result of me getting damnedone warned for NLR i feel like he swayed the mod in his favor to get me in trouble. If the situation is true, you should not have been warned as you saw it happen and it is a different rp situation as you see your buddy getting attacked. Quas Posted June 6, 2019 Share Posted June 6, 2019 I tried talking to equinox about the sit but he just told me that “he can make an appeal”. It really bothers me seeing that equinox is being noticeably biased in his sits to a point where if his friend made the report, equinox wouldn’t even let the reported player explain his side of the story. Another thing that bothers me is that equinox said “you confessed to breaking NLR so I didn’t need corps side of the story”. I’m not sure if it was just this 1 sit or not, but if equinox is being this biased in his sits, I don’t think he should be allowed to take sits that his friends are involved in.
