Jakey due to incompetence over this mass rdm case.

People did have a problem with it, I was the one that reported him. Logs showed massive amounts of damage from Gazebo and I requested Jakey to make screenshots since it only showed my own damage from the explosion.

To give more context, Gazebo found it funny to throw down a pumped up kicks c4 grenade on the ground because it was his birthday, it was on the street infront of pd and it damaged and killed several people.

Later he comes back and plants a real c4 which killed a few people too, called it a raid but nontheless it was on the hecking street. I made a sit and Jakey could clearly see all the logs and heaps of damage being dealt. Then Gazebo (even though he said it was an accident) throws down a pumped up kicks c4 in the jailtp cell and kills jakey. Who the heck does that, pulls out a pumped up kicks c4 accidently and clicks on it accidently. Cmon.. Even Jakey agreed with me that he was lying in the sit. Just because most of the people dont have a problem with you throwing nades out in the street damaging people doesnt mean you should.. It's like saying mass rdm to random people is legal as long as no one says anything.

 

A one day ban does not fit damaging 10 or so people and killing a few.

So, When I said "It's my Birthday," I was actually referencing a Zuthar13 (Or Plexiate) Video. It wasn't actually my birthday.

 

Anyway, I never said it "Was an Accident," I said that I thought it wouldn't have hit Jakey, and I apologized to him. The second c4 WAS a raid, If you died in that blast it wasn't my fault because I was hugging that wall with the c4 until the last 5 seconds. IT WAS NOT ON THE STREET. If People crowd around me with a C4 during a very obvious raid and die, It is not my fault. Obviously, People didn't have a problem with it. After the C4 went off they were laughing. Also, Nobody called me out in OOC. It was just harmless fun if you ask me. I already apologized to you since you died, but you still seem to be angry about it.

I killed two people, One was Rubik and I didn't know he was in a sit. There was a law that said KOS in PD if not cop, and I killed one other cop. It was my fault. Also, This this isn't the place for this so I don't know why you're going on about this.

Alrighty, time to wrap this one up. It's clear Jakey shouldn't of accepted the appeal for this ban, and speaking with Rubik you straight up bombed PD when he had put out an announcement to say he was fixing PD panel. I will be re-instating the ban and speaking to Jakey about his judgement of this situation and how to prevent mistakes like this from occurring again.
