Evidence: Logs showing the conversation and situation, I was playing about to create a base and as soon as I get out of spawn I started getting shot at I look to my right to see Boba Fett who was the only one around that area during the situation and shoot him, he claims that "I was lying" when I wasn't he has no evidence to prove this and claims that it doesn't show any damage in logs, when I didn't directly got contacted with the bullets in my way. 

I then get a PERMA Ban for what he claims is RDM and lying in a sit?!

 

So people who Mass RDM and actually have no intention to roleplay get weeks of time or below that and I'm the one who actually intended to Role-play in the server and base?! Makes no sense to me and seems very biased in my opinion.

First things first the perma ban thing was a accident, I changed it to a 7d ban when I realized I permed you. Well your ban isn't for Mass rdm, it was for attempted mass rdm. When I left spawn you shot killed me, then you decided to try to shoot at a couple of other peeps, then I jailed @, when you were a citizen too which made it look even worse. When I jailed you and asked why did you do it, you said for revenge for rdming me, which is basically admitting to Revenge rdm. Then I asked what did I do and you said I shot you, then when I checked logs to make sure I didn't I saw you weren't damaged at all, so you were lying about the damage part so that's what the lying for staff part was about.

As soon as I killed you, you jailed me instantly I never attempted to shoot anyone else nor have I put any damage on anyone whatsoever my intentions were not to cause havoc. which proves it in logs so that isolates that issue of Mass RDM or attempted RDM that's like saying I was about to take a shit but never took it and we would never know if I was actually going to or not (thinking of an analogy off the top of my head).

 

I clearly stated as it shows in text that I was not damaged during the incident but you insisted to say that I apparently was killed by someone and returned for "revenge rdm" which was never said in the entire situation I simply said that I was trying to kill someone who ATTEMPTED to kill me.

 

Now this Staff Report proves that I'm not the one lying but instead shows that you're the one lying or recall the situation. which gave you no right to ban me.

No when I jailed you I asked what are you doing, then you responded; getting revenge because you killed me. Then you said you didn't kill me? Which I never did, I was basing the entire time

Due to the lack of evidence on the appealing player's side I will be denying this appeal. If you thought you were RDMed, you call a sit, not take things into your own hands and act out.
