At the time, there were like 20 cops and you couldn't walk anywhere near PD in a 200 foot radius without some headass CP running up and cuffing you for little to no reason. I repeatedly tried to get the mayor to fire the braindead cops but he wouldn't cooperate and it's not reasonable to be in a sit 24/7 when it takes ages to get an admin to respond to your sit and you get RDAed by a different cop every 5 minutes. So I couldn't really be in a sit all the time with the number of cops and the level of cancer, I couldn't get the mayor to actually RP instead of letting the cops free minge. I just decided to shoot the morons instead of spending another 4 minutes in jail for no reason whatsoever. I shot 2 cops and told them to fuck off on the mic and stop making the entire area unplayable for anyone not playing a CP job. Canadian (a cop job what a huge surprise) immediately jailbinded me and !xbanned me for 7 days for 2 kills without a sit or any sort of interaction whatsoever. I tried explaining that the server was basically unplayable for non cops and was a jail timer waiting sim because of all the CP abuse and random cuffing/double fining but he didn't even bother responding and just instantly !xbanned. I don't think it's fair to massively overban without any warning or sit for an arguably justified kill. It's not enjoyable or reasonable to have 20 cops at once all sitting in the same area and cuffing any non cop for bogus reasons combined with gang perks that just make it even less fun such as pointless 1 or 2 min timer addons to the jail wait time and instant cuff because getting zerg rushed by 8 cops at once isn't impossible enough to defend from. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Friendly Canadian Evidence: Can't really prove anything aside from the fact that the ban exists and any cursory look at logs will show the massive amount of cuff/baton spam and the 20 cops at once. If there was no sit the ban is invalid, regardless if you did anything wrong or not. A Friendly Canadian Posted May 13, 2019 Share Posted May 13, 2019 Well you left a couple parts of the story out, first I wasn't a cop I was my cc class, secondly I was talking to 2 cops and you walked up to those cops and killed them as hobo, then you tried to stab a third cop and that's when I was like wtf man and jailed @ you. Also when I asked you why are you stabbing people you said because there cops, also from what I recall you never made a sit in the first place neither were those 2 cops abusing you atm, they could of previously but at that moment they weren't. So I don't see why didn't make a sit about it or try to demote them in the first place. fukin ded Posted May 13, 2019 Author Share Posted May 13, 2019 Well lets see here, I wasn't a hobo once for my entire playtime that session, the cops would half the time cuff and fine you for jaywalking while you were on the sidewalk or in a building, the only way to even cross the street was to break a law because the checkpoint was constructed in a way that forced you to jaywalk so they were basically setting you up to be arrested so they could fine more people which has to be against some sort of rule because it seems corrupt as shit. I didn't even have a melee weapon so I have no clue where you're getting the stab thing from. I was on the new guy CC which only had guns and a lightsaber which I never took out. EDIT: Forgot to mention that the cops were also double or triple fining where multiple would cuff simultaneously and fine redundantly to the point where you would lose 30K to a single arrest and be in jail for 4 or 5 minutes on top after you went broke. Canadian was on a cop CC or at least one that looked really like one (medic from payday2, a cop) and I never saw any cops arresting him or complaining when he jwalked so I assumed based on the playermodel literally being a SWAT Medic from PD2 and the lack of law enforcement on him that he was a cop CC. also he didn't really talk to me at all in the jail, he just jailed me and asked "wtf u doing" once and then immediately typed xban. He didn't ask why I shot the cops or any other context. "killing cops" wasn't an incorrect statement and shooting at cops isn't inherently RDM or bannable so he really didn't put any effort into fair investigation or any sort of admin work there. You can have a reason to shoot and killing/shooting players/cops isn't by itself a ban. If I kill a mugger or go terrorist and kill like 10 cops in PD it's not bannable and if I kill cops for trying to cuff me/constant nonlethal abuse and cop minge it's not the same as just walking into the PD area and mass shooting cops for a meme or to minge.
