Literally got killed in a raid when I wasn't even near my base. I went to the tunnel MILES away from the base and watched with a sniper, didn't shoot one bullet was just watching over the raid. Players who raided shot me down again, went back and continued watching and this time when I was shot by one of them who I then killed and afterwards I got killed again by another one of them. After dying this time I walked out of spawn and one of the players who were raided shot me in the back the minute I walked out of spawn. No idea why he wasn't punished, the admin who started the raid was salty that he died so he decided to ban me. I by no means was NLRing. The banning admin said they had video evidence proving that I was NLR and I'd like to see it, because it would clear my name. I was NO WHERE near the base and just watching the raid through a scope and they decided to continue killing me. I only had shot ONE bullet after I had been hit the second time and killed the player who did it, didn't kill anyone else. Logs will back me up on this. The second time in which I came back to the tunnel (which was extremely distant from the base) and I was shot and I killed my attacker was the only time I fired a bullet. By no means going to the other end of the tunnel and watching someone raid is NLRing, there should be no reason for me to be banned for a WEEK for watching at a distance and getting killed. This server shouldn't keep around toxic moderators who only use their admin powers to win in situations in which they wouldn't otherwise, it's ridiculous. The only evidence they had against me was they were all friends and raiding the same base and backed up each other's stories. They didn't even check logs or give me a chance to explain. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Banned for 7 days (1 week) by Hoovermon Evidence: Logs back me up. I re-created the situation and this was how far away I was from the base. Keep in mind that I wasn't shooting. Father gregori represents the raiding players, the two doors represent the base. -]DQS[-Hoovy Posted April 7, 2019 Share Posted April 7, 2019 Ok so, at no point did I say that me and my raiders had video evidence, we said we had about 3 eyewitness accounts of you coming back and nlring about 3 times. And on the actual situation, me and my party members were raiding the base, kind of like the picture you posted was shown. All 3 of my raiders, including me, were shot by you without us provoking you in any way. So like normal people, we fired back the first time and killed you. Then you proceed to come back again and shoot. One more kill, and then I take damage from you, including being killed. You effectively ruined our raid and got all of us killed. While I had you in a sit, I checked logs about 4 or 5 times and confirmed that you did the initial point of damage each time. I do not believe I made a wrong decision, and I stand completely by my word. You did this 3 times, and each one we told you don't come back, but you did anyways. Don't say that the logs are your evidence, because it clearly showed that you did indeed break nlr + shoot at us first. As I said if you would have checked the logs you would have SEEN that I didn't shoot you. It was likely the people inside the base had shot you, but I didn't. The ONLY time I had shot was when I was shot first. I never killed any of you except the one guy who shot me first. The logs can confirm this, but you refused to check the logs and resorted to instantly banning me because you were upset you lost the raid. You're acknowledging that my recreated images were accurate in showing the distance I was from the base, in which shows I was nowhere near the entrance to the base. If I came back and killed multiple of you or shot you multiple times, how come the logs would show that I only did damage on one of my lives? Because I didn't shoot you guys until I was shot first. If the logs "clearly" show that I broke NLR then attach the logs here, it will verify my points. Breaking NLR would be me getting close to the base or shooting you guys after I had died, in which I only did once AFTER I was shot. I never did any "MASSNLR" as I never broke NLR in the first place. I don't think a week long ban is justification for me watching over a raid at a distance and killing someone in self-defense, especially when logs weren't used and the only thing taken into account was "Eyewitnesses" from OTHER RAIDERS. "each one we told you don't come back, but you did anyways" Unlikely, as hooverman already confirmed I was a pretty far distance away from you guys and the base to begin with, there was noway you could have communicated with me. It seems one of them probably told you to create an account just to post on this report, which seems suspicious. You have a single post on the forum which is on this Ban Appeal. Hmm a third whom created an account just to post on my appeal as a "witness". "You will get in the way of others if you are trying to or not." Invalidates the point you're trying to make. The excerpt from the motd states do no return to watch a raid but the other statement adds to this, meaning you should not be near the base while the raid is still ongoing. Where I was located did not pose a threat or get in the way of the raid, I was a fair distance away and was by no means causing any trouble. You have to read the full statement to see what it means, you can't pick and choose one piece of the writing and apply it where you want it to. I do not know who came back but it was one of the people that died came back and shoot us. And for ur answer i maded this account to give hoovermon his justice because i clearly see he did nothing wrong in this situation. What would you said if you in a raid and after you kill them and they went back after you ? would you feel the same?
